Shanaya Resort Malang ★★★★

"Unfortunately, the bathroom in my room had a bad smell, and there were ants in our room. However, the staff was prompt and friendly, and the hotel's common areas were clean. It's just that our room probably needs some maintenance (there was a wooden floorboard that was chipped and slightly sunken). Since it's quite a distance to get anywhere, a shuttle is necessary, and the wait time for the shuttle is about 5 minutes. Oh, and the breakfast tasted good, but lacked variety, and the presentation could be improved; the green bean porridge yesterday seemed a bit off (a little sour). There are many activities available, such as a playground, horseback riding, and rabbits."

BBIB Suites

"The location is a bit far, but it's comfortable and you can go hiking. They even offer a 2.5-hour 'tektok' (express hike/transfer) service. The room is new and clean. You can also order food directly from the restaurant, which isn't far from the hotel."

Bobocabin Coban Rondo Malang ★★

"The view in the cabin was beautiful. Location is serene and quiet. The temperature is superb! The only that was really noticeable was the cleanliness of the cabin. The bedsheets were not the freshest causing us to itch, there were also tiny roaches on our bed. Understand that we were in the “nature” environment but the cabins can do some deep cleaning and proper maintenance! It’s such a waste otherwise we will definitely return to this place."

Grand Miami Hotel ★★★

"We came to Kepanjen to attend our son's wedding. While here we chose to stay at Grand Miami Hotel. The hotel is very nice. Friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms and good breakfast. When in the Kepanjen area we would highly recommend staying at this hotel."

Rayz Umm Hotel Malang ★★★★

"good service, the room smelled of cigarettes, so couldn't change it because the room was sold out, but it was very clean, the mountain view was great."

Solaris Hotel Malang ★★★

Bwalk Hotel Malang ★★

"Really disappointed...it doesn't match the offer. They say it's a discount but in reality...yes...it's worth the price. It is written in the offer that the room price is IDR 510,000 and then the discount is IDR 181,000 with various amenities. Where are the sheets, the towels are dirty...the color is dirty. It's clean but dirty...I don't really have the heart to use it...but yeah...it's been paid for. Today I'm going to check out straight away... look for another hotel."
