"I’ve stayed in countless hotels and this is by far the worst hotel with the worst experience I’ve ever had . I stayed along with 5 friends and we all agree it’s insane how bad this hotel is. The staff is rude, extremely unhelpful, whatever you say they say 5 minutes or we are sorry but literally won’t even bring a water bottle. To add one bed to the room it took them one hour and around 5 calls and a lot of screaming just to get a bed I paid for. I’ve had to ask for everything I wanted literally more than 5-7 times. I’m not expecting a kings treatment but this place makes you feel like you are staying for free and asking for charity not paying and expecting a service."

"⭐️ 1 Star Review I’ve been a loyal customer at Captain Jack Bar for over 5 years, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing. We arrived during Happy Hour around 8 PM. I stepped into the restroom for one minute, and when I came back, the new Indian staff member wearing a tie refused to apply the discount, even though we were already there on time. The previous management always respected regular customers, but this new staff member handled the situation very poorly. Because of this experience, I won’t be coming back until the customer service improves."
