"Went with the family for lunch the place was like a ghost town noone there to point you in the right direction the restaurants were staffed but they didn't want to serve you and the food selection was very poor, not sure why would anyone go here and the prices is ridiculous better go to the Hilton or one of the other Hotels suggestions would be if you are going to charge that much Train your staff and update your restaurant or price them accordingly for what you get...which compared to your competition is not 5 Star treatment or quality "

"The worst stay ever. It is not worth it. They don’t clean your room unless you follow them like begging. The shower the hose just broke. The food isn’t hygiene due to fly landing in the food during buffet. I don’t recommend it. Instead of focusing on your trip you come back after a long day to call reception and complain. The key is the worst part everyday it stops working and I have to reactive it"
