The hotel room is quite big, although the equipment is a bit old, but the transportation is convenient, there is a shopping center opposite, you can buy fresh food and box lunch, and the taxi to the station is no more than 1,000 yen. We stayed here and went to the beach to watch the sunset 🌅 and also called the hot springs after the hot springs. Although it is difficult to complete these attractions in a day, we used the fight to overlook Songshan City, take pictures, and go to Songshan City to play slowly next time.

Although it is a little far from the downtown area, it is very close to JR Matsuyama Station and Iyotetsu Matsuyama City Station, so it is very convenient for going to Dogo Onsen and the airport. There are no convenience stores nearby, so it is a little inconvenient to have to go to JR Matsuyama Station, but other than that I am very satisfied. There was also a local family restaurant near the hotel, which was nice.

This is a hotel I would stay again. Despite is a bit far from the station, there is train right outside the hotel that can access to station. I told the front desk that i have claustrophobia problem. She actually show me the room to make sure I am all right. I have a room face a small hill. The greenery scene is very relaxing. There is a Mediterranean restaurant on the ground floor. Food is delicious. Actually this is also the restaurant for breakfast. Good CP value for the price. Highly recommend.

The hotel is in a good location, not far from Takashimaya (with a Ferris wheel), about 5 to 10 minutes' walk. The hotel parking lot is on a back street. You need to enter the lobby to ask for the location and park your car. It is convenient to enter through the back door. There is a discount coupon for parking. 
The breakfast in the hotel is very good. I have stayed in several comfortable hotels and the breakfast is similar. It is rich and definitely filling. There are fresh fruits and vegetables and mixed drinks. This is great. The hotel provides tea and coffee, which can be enjoyed at the restaurant at any time.

There is no signage as to where is the parking for the hotel. No signage and also can’t fund any info in their webiste.
Apparently the parking is in the Takashimaya. Question is how am I suppose to unload my three luggages. It is not easy for us especially we have kids with us.
Hotel management - please put a big signage right in front of your hotel so that we no need to make so many rounds!
No water - please provide water - not white water (we didnt know their white water is tonic drinks)

Located right in front of the Okaido shopping arcade, it was really convenient because it was in the city center.
I didn't speak Japanese so I had difficulty communicating, but they responded well when I used a translator.
The staff were also friendly, and the interior of the accommodation was clean. The cleaning condition was also good.
Personally, I really liked the breakfast. The menu was varied and the taste was not too salty, so it was clean and nice.
I recommend paying for the breakfast voucher together.

Location, breakfast, friendliness, and value for money were all good. It was clean, but there was a bit of a musty smell in the bathroom. It was also very convenient to move to the main tourist sites. In particular, the breakfast was simple but delicious.

GGuest UserDogo Onsen is definitely the ceiling among hot springs, and Ohkawaya Honten is the crown on the ceiling👑. The hotel breakfast and dinner are great, and there are Noh performances. It is definitely the first choice for traveling to Matsuyama, and the hot springs are also top-notch

It takes about 6-7 minutes to walk from Okaido shopping street, and it's not dark even in the middle of the night because it's all around the bar nightlife.
Free drinks are available on the second floor at any time, and bottled water is provided in the corridor outside the room.
You can have a delicious breakfast buffet for 500 yen.
The bathroom has a high water pressure and good drainage. However, it was uncomfortable because the water supply was turned and turned on. ㅠㅠ

Onsen water hot and alkaline slimy, my legs feel so much better after an evening and a morning soak. Breakfast was of wide selection, very satisfying. Stand up shower stall a bonus! Drip coffee machine in room also a nice touch. Very smart, modern hotel.

林林學炳Next to the tram stop ~ 30 seconds walk ~ 7-11 is downstairs and the service is very good. Booking for NT$900 per night without breakfast is very cost-effective. I would like to stay next time when I come back. There are also Lawson and the whole family a little further away, but I didn’t know about it until my first time in Songshan. There are many unlicensed cases nearby (boys should go home early to protect themselves at night😌😌😍)

There is a separate shower room on the second floor, but it is not a burden because it is a private shower room. The owner and employees are all women and friendly, so I think women can use it with confidence. There seems to be only one Wi-Fi installed at the desk on the first floor, so you should assume there is no Wi-Fi. The location of the accommodation is perfect as it is less than a 5-minute walk from Dogo Onsen. The private rooms have thick walls, so the soundproofing is better than I thought.
If you can tolerate the inconvenience of having a separate shower room, this is the best value for money. Everything else was perfect. Recommended for those who want to use it cheaply.

GGuest UserThere was no toilet or bath, but the aminity was all available, breakfast was free and I could relax slowly with books and magazines.
There was a Dogo Onsen hot spring in the bath, and the toilet was near the room, so I didn't have any inconvenience.
The room was a bit dirty. I wonder if it would be better to be a little cleaner in the room. .
It was not a good location from the room in condominiums etc.
