Valesca goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cater to your every need! Thank you Valesca for the welcome bottle of wine to celebrate, delivering hot pizza for dinner after our long excursion, providing bicycles to explore, keeping our ice bucket full, serving breakfast on the beach and assisting us to get cash in a pinch! Best service in all of Belize, hands down! My wife and I thank you for the phenomenal stay!"

"Kalimera Beach Hotel is an absolute gem in Placencia. I first came across the property shortly after it opened, when there weren’t many reviews. Since I booked this property for my wedding weekend, I needed to commit many months in advance. I’m so glad I took the leap of faith and chose to stay there. It’s easy to see why it has since earned such glowing reviews. The hotel is even more beautiful in person than in photos. The design is thoughtful and organic without feeling kitschy. You can tell a lot of thoughtful was put into every space so that it feels calm and inviting across the whole property. The rooms are especially well done. They’re comfortable, stylish, and filled with lovely details and artwork. The amenities also elevate the experience. The pool and yoga pavilion are wonderful touches, and the beach is truly stunning—peaceful, clean, and perfect for relaxing or taking long walks. Meals were another highlight. Breakfast was something I genuinely looked forward to each morning (the pancakes are fantastic), and the lunch options were consistently delicious. What stood out most, though, was the staff. The entire team was kind, welcoming, and attentive, creating an atmosphere that felt effortless and carefree from start to finish. If you’re looking for a boutique beachfront hotel that feels restorative, thoughtfully designed, and genuinely special, Kalimera Beach Hotel is a perfect choice. I can’t wait to return."
