Make sure you select a balcony, we got a french balcony which is very small to enjoy it but other than that great service, and location, a private beach and rooms. I couldn't have asked for anything less.very relaxing and great place to stay on amalfi coast. 12 min from sorrento , 23 min from positano. Had a trip of my life. Definitely will come back"

"A wonderful stay in Laqua by the sea. Everything was absolutely perfect! Our room was lovely and the breakfast was wonderful. The Wellness suite was very relaxing, after a hard day sightseeing. A special mention to Roberta, Luigi and Gaia, all of whom ensured that our holiday went smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble for them, booking taxis, arranging restaurants and having the local mini-bus pick us up. We also very much appreciated the owner coming to pick us up and take us to Laqua Countryside for our special meal. We had a fantastic holiday and would not hesitate to recommend this boutique hotel"

"Great location but be prepared for a budget experience and being treated like a tourist in a resort town. You have to wear a wrist band that you cannot take off for the duration of your stay. There is a kitchen in the room but no dish soap, brush or cloth provided, guests need to bring their own. The stove didn't ignite however the the staff did send someone round who provided a lighter. When we were there commercial fireworks were let off every evening on weekdays and at 8am in the morning they were shockingly loud due to proximity with the cliffs. On the other hand the beach is nice although stony and the kids picked grapes and ate them from the grape vines through out the camp. The local wine is excellent and the town is charming."

"I stayed in this nice apartment during Easter holidays. The apartment has 5 cozy bedrooms that could accommodate our large family group. It has a small equipped kitchen and a large courtyard where we used to stay during the sunny afternoons. There is a parking place, the location is not far away from the beach and the bus stop is 50 meters away. The host is very kind and he suggested us how to spend our free time"

"Stay Away – Unacceptable Conditions and False Promises This hotel was a complete disappointment. Upon arrival, there was no one at the reception – and this continued throughout the entire stay. The hotel feels almost unstaffed, and at night, check-out is simply impossible because there is literally no one on-site. Our room also had a severe ant infestation – they were in the bed, on the floor, and even on our personal belongings. Hygiene? Nowhere to be found. The location details are misleading: the beach is much farther away than advertised on booking platforms. If you expect “beachfront” convenience, you’ll be disappointed. Neither the hotel nor the tour operator responded constructively to complaints – no solution, no refund, no apology. Bottom line: Dirty, poorly organized, unreliable, and full of false promises. Absolutely unsuitable for a relaxing vacation."
