"We sat in the hotel for 3 nights and mr .adnan ( Omani man ) he give us upgrade of the room to a villa with a private pool and the name of the room was (oile) in Arabic words ( zaytona) The resort was a series of hotels (Grand Hyatt) The location is an hour away from Salalah, which made the place quieter and far from the noise, the sound of the sea and the lights at night makes you live an experience between (the desert and the sea) The service of the staff in the hotel is one of the best things possible and the existing schedule and events carried out by the hotel for guests indicates their interest without the need to go down to Salalah. The hotel is a place to settle and enjoy the tranquillity of nature without the need to go to another place. Cleanliness of the place, food, cleaning of rooms, service of the staff through diversification in hospitality to express their welcome to guests. There are classes to learn the cook and the offers offered by the spa to guests. The hotel's appreciation of the employees by honouring them and celebrating them, which I found in the place of residence, which reflects on the employee's giving the inmate everything he needs with love. The experience in general is 100%, it deserves every word of thanks."

"We booked a Romantic Dinner at The Club by Fanar in Hawana Salalah, and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. A special shout-out to Mr. Rakesh! His communication was outstanding. He replied quickly, was incredibly organized, and genuinely went out of his way to make everything smooth and stress-free. He supported us through every detail and went far beyond what I expected. We had many extra requirements to fulfil: We needed it earlier than normal (as we have an 11 month child), we needed a vegan + gluten-free menu, we needed the food to come early, we wanted music upon entry to surprise my wife, we wanted a photographer, and ideally we wanted a little place for our son to sleep in in-case it went late... Mr. Rakesh made EVERYTHING possible! The setup was beautiful, the atmosphere was perfect, and the food was delicious. I’ve done romantic dinners like this before in other places, but I’ve never experienced this level of cooperation, ease, and attention to detail... especially for such a reasonable price. During the service, we were given everything we asked for. We got way more food than expected and had someone standing by specifically to serve us :) I would 100% do the romantic dinner again and I highly recommend it. If you’re considering it, ask for Mr. Rakesh, he’s the reason it turned out so perfect!"
