"We had a wonderful one-week stay at Azure Beach Villas with 6 adults and our 7-year-old son, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We stayed in an individual villa with a private swimming pool, which was absolutely perfect for our family. The villa was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We also travelled with our cat, and we really appreciated how thoughtful and careful the cleaning lady was. She always made sure our cat was safely inside before and while cleaning, so there was no risk of him sneaking out. We were warmly welcomed with a bottle of wine and fresh fruit, which was such a lovely touch. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. We would absolutely recommend Azure Beach Villas and would happily come back! ❤️🇬🇷"

"I thought a lot before publishing this review, but for me, money spent on travel is sacred, the result of sacrifices, and having been a traveler for 50 years, I will always be on the customer's side if something needs to be reported to help! Visitors bring money and visibility to hotels by undertaking tiring journeys, and for this reason, they deserve hospitality and respect. These photos show how we received the room on July 7th upon check-in. This was the accommodation we had chosen for 15 nights! We still had our jackets on, the door still open, and our suitcases on the landing. We immediately notified reception, and the owner sent us a WhatsApp message (of which I have a copy) in which, without scruples, he said that only we had been able to reduce the bathroom to that disgusting state. I am blonde, my husband is bald! We also asked for it to be cleaned again, but they refused because cleaning takes place every 3 days! I had my travel agency from Italy intervene and the attitude of all the employees changed: very nice, kind, thoughtful, they maintain customer relations. The owner was there during our stay and never even said hello. I'm now reading reviews from 2019 in which customers complained about these obscene and dirty bathroom curtains: a manager attentive to constructive criticism would have replaced them, improved doors, handles, faucets and toilets. The hotel is frequented by cats that scamper on the sofas (full of hair) and breakfast tables (if anyone is allergic this is not stated anywhere). I'll add a technical detail: the hotel is outside the village of Kissamos, on a small, dark street not passable on foot. I've attached a video. Judge for yourself."

"An extraordinary place where we felt very well. From the first moment, the owners answered our questions immediately with kindness. They welcomed us with gifts, olive oil and wine, then they explained to us on the map the whole area, what is worth visiting and all the details necessary for a successful vacation. The villa is clean, the apartments are large and spacious, equipped with everything you need. The rooms were very clean and the sheets and towels were changed about every 2 days, plus impeccable cleanliness, a fact that we liked very much. Both the projectionists and the cleaning lady are of very good quality. The personal beach with reed umbrellas and sunbeds provided by the host. The swimming pool is small but clean and a great joy for the children who played every evening. Showers near the beach and near the pool, everything well thought out. The village is a quiet one where you can find only a few guesthouses and the wild beach, according to those who want to find peace, a small market and a terrace where you can eat but that's all. For any other activity the town of Kissamos is 15 minutes away by car and about 40 mimutes to Chania but the time is estimated. Specifically, without a car you have no way to move in the area."
