Komatsu-Kan Kofu-Tei ★★★★
"the foot bath and deck had an amazing view for sunrise!! the food was great and abundant, even I only tried breakfast! Love the location, can walk to all main attractions. All in all, love my stay there!"
Hotel Matsushima Taikanso ★★★★
"The location is excellent, and the service was fine with no major issues. However, while the facilities were clean, they felt quite dated, and there wasn't anything particularly noteworthy about them. Overall, it felt overpriced, even for the off-season."
HOTEL ROUTE-INN RIFU ★★★
"It is best to put a small trash can in the bathroom for easy disposal. Thank you!"
Matsushima Century Hotel ★★★
"It was great that it was close to the station and also close to the main attractions. The food was delicious. I was very satisfied with being able to eat plenty of oysters and beef tongue."
Ooedo Onsen Monogatari Premium Hotel Sokan ★★★★
"It is a good and clean hotel . The place is truly good and quiet"
Matsushima Hotel Waraku ★★★
"Very friendly staff. The hotel is a little dated but ok."
YOKI MATSUSHIMA ★★★★
"This is the newest hotel in Matsushima, so the facilities are top-of-the-line. Those who enjoy private onsen (hot spring baths) can relax and enjoy them without worry. What I really want to talk about is their service. First, before check-in, we contacted the hotel via email, and they responded quickly, adjusting the transportation arrangements promptly based on our arrival situation. Second, during our stay, the staff learned that we planned to visit Tashirojima, and since it was during typhoon season, the hotel staff kept an eye on the weather and ferry operations for us. Finally, regarding language, the hotel has two staff members who speak Mandarin, so there were no communication barriers throughout our stay."
Breezbay Seaside Resort Matsushima ★★★
"The welcome drink was great, and the beer was especially delicious."
Hotel Daimatsuso ★★★
"A very comfortable Japanese-style hot spring hotel located next to the Huanhai Railway Station. Open the windows and have a panoramic view of the Songdo coast and islands. Watch the sun rise from the sea in the early morning. The service is considerate, the hot springs are convenient to use in the morning and evening, and the Japanese breakfast is nutritious."

Traveler's Wharf Shichigahama
"We absolutely loved our stay at Traveler’s Wharf Shichgahama. Taka is a wonderful host - attentive, accommodating and we really enjoyed getting to know him a little bit. He took excellent care of us, anticipating our needs and showing great hospitality. He picked us up from the train station, and advised us on activities in the area. I would highly recommend you stay here if you are looking for a quiet, low key place close to the beach."
Hotel Urashima-so
"There were no permanent staff at the counter, so customers often had to wait."
