"Food gave me the worst food poising Waiters extremely rude especially the bald one I came here expecting a great time the place is truly lovely but this hotel should not be up and running the rooms are alright however the food and waiters are extremely awful"

"Absolutely amazing. 5/5 about everything. Very clean and comfortable. Amazing dinner served at the hotel also by only 25€/person. Breakfast was incredible 10+, the best I have ever eaten! Staff were so kind, helpful and nice. I recommend this to everyone! ❤️"

"We have just returned from a 4-night holiday in Molveno, our second visit in the last 12 months. We so enjoyed our first visit, we wanted to bring two friends with us. This time we stayed at Hotel Londra, chosen and booked by our friends, who booked half board. As a consequence we ate at the hotel every evening and had every breakfast there. We would strongly recommend this hotel, for three reasons. Firstly the dining experience was exceptional. A different menu every evening, and this should be a destination for anyone who enjoys high class cooking and presentation of the food. Secondly, the location. There are a large number of hotels that will have a view over the lake, But Hotel Londra also had in the foreground of the lake views the pretty village that is Molveno. Finally, and most important for us, was the service and courtesy of every member of staff who we met. They were all so charming and attentive, their smiles were such a joy on every occasion, and nothing was too much trouble. If there was a negative to Hotel Londra, the location is a 10 minute walk from the lakeside, but there is a free bus service in Molveno every 15 minutes so even that could be overcome. And it was only 2 minutes from the cable car entrance! A great value for money option for all of the above reasons."

"When preparing our trip we looked for hotels in Molveno, I finally settled to the Olympia because of the views from the hotel to the Lake and the whole valley. Our room had no view, just to the back side of the hotel, they said they had no rooms to the view. The room was ok, comfortable, very quiet, and very clean, and the bathroom also very good and super clean. As for breakfast, with a very nice variety of items plus we can order omelettes and our capuccinos, as much as we want, the only different item of the dining room is that you sit where your room number is, odd system but its them. Parking is available and going down hill to the restaurants is possible....good walk"

"Recently back from a Newmarket holiday based at the Hotel Ariston, Lake Molveno in the Italian Dolomites. I was very pleased with my comfortable room with its fantastic views of the town 'square' and mountains beyond. Food options at both breakfast and dinner were plentiful and of a good standard with the usual system of ticking your dinner choices on the menu in the morning. The location of the hotel was excellent being close to the small array of shops and just a short walk downhill to the lake. Another short walk, uphill this time, takes you to the cable-car station from where you can reach the plateau (and beyond by chairlift) for fabulous views over the lake. All in all a very nice place to stay!"

"Clean hotel and really close to all the main attractions of Molveno : positive! Breakfast was very well assembled.. room was ok but too cold we had to ask to switch on the heater cause it was freezing during the day and night . Spa was included in the price but also the spa room was really really cold as well as the water of the swimming pool ( salt room and relax area were super freezing and impossible to stay ) so was kind of annoying not to enjoy properly the cozy environment of the spa especially with cold days we had at the beginning of October and after only one hour we left . Sauna was out of order which we knew since the booking and it's ok but when we entered the spa , the bagno turco's door was completely open and all the steam gone so we had to close the door and wait several minutes to enjoy it which anyway wasn't completely hot and wasn't working properly anyway . Could this possible be a tactic to avoid having too many guests in the Spa area at the same time or not making guests comfortable which is a very bad management skill . We booked the place knowing was off season but still if the business is open you must guarantee the same service during all the year! A little note which can be useful to implement the rating and the satisfaction of guests ( I work in resort/hotel myself so this is a little tip) : when I booked I specified would have been for my birthday .. so from a guest point of view having a little " treat" or something as a reminder of the celebration would have been great . Unfortunately there was nothing you can do better !!"

"We had a really wonderful 5 day/nights stay at Agriturismo Ai Castioni. The view down on Lago di Molveno is wonderful, and there is a view up toward the Dolomiti as well, watching the paragliders come down off the mountain. Our room, Abete, was large, the bed (a king) was perfect. We ate here every night and didn't tire of it. Matteo and family (there are photos on the dining room wall of his..great? grandparents, who built the place as a farmhouse) are most hospitable. I know all this sounds too good to be true, but we couldn't have had a better stay. While the town below is bustling with tourists in August (though not as much as other northern Italian towns, even nearby Andalo), Castioni is literally above the fray--quiet, peaceful. There is no AC, but none was needed, even in a heat wave, as the temperature cools down at night and you can thrown open your balcony doors. A tip: the town beach is crowded in August, but if you go to the other side of the lake you can find some stretches of "beach" or smooth rocks where you can swim. Buon viaggio!"

"Amazing hotel, fabulous view from our front facing balcony overlooking the lake. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and room, friendly ,efficient welcoming staff. We decided to do half board, breakfast offered a great variety of dishes & you can order bacon and eggs to be cooked to your liking. Dinner was so delicious, multiple courses are offered with choices available that would suit most people. Service from all of the friendly staff was excellent, we left a article behind in our room which Barbara went to no end of trouble to organise for it to be forwarded to us. "DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL. THE OWNERS LACK BASIC HUMAN DECENCY. I made a booking to stay at the hotel Garni Arnica. Unfortunately, my mother, who was going to be traveling with us, passed away suddenly a few days before our scheduled trip. Despite these extenuating circumstances, the hotel refused to refund the cost of our booking. Any other hotel would have made an exception for bereavement."
