"The apartment is not bad in terms of quality/price at the last minute but it has some details that are left to be desired: - Two sad toilet papers of 1 layer small for 4 people for a whole weekend. - The microwave does not work, sparks and smoke come out - You take out a duvet and it has blood stains - The main mattress is not even a mattress, it is not a double, horrible springs and it is like the pieces of a sofa bed open As for location it is good because it is a few meters from the intermediate stop of the parador. I publish this review because of the poor attention. After complaining about the microwave and duvet and not getting any response at all which ensures that in this sector there is little professionalism and no good customer service, not to even give a minimal response like "thanks for letting us know"."

"This is a fabulous place to stay for a short ski break. Apartment has everything - comfy beds, clean, close to bars and restaurants, brilliant views and generally all round perfect. "The location is great - right near the slopes for easy access. However, the accommodations are very basic - uncomfortable beds, no soap provided in the bathroom, poorly controllable heating system. "This is the first place I've ever stayed in that feels like true 'home away from home.' We felt so incredibly looked after. Patricia (the owner) and her team have created a calm, tranquil place that was an absolute joy to experience. The highlight has to be the mountain views, the walks in the Sierra Nevada and the home cooked food (the first chef of the week was miles better than the 2nd in our opinion). The thought and level of detail that goes into making this place makes it stand out. It is truly special and unique. The bedrooms and the balcony were also wonderful. The sustainable efforts are another reason to choose this family-run hotel, it's the best way to vote with your wallet when travelling in Spain. Although there are still areas for improvement in terms of sustainability (offering fish and meat everyday is the biggest one) they are clearly one of the leading sustainable hotels in Spain."

"We made a reservation for a group of friends, and we were never offered the option of contracting a refundable price, which we consider essential. Our trip was planned just during the passage of the Leonardo Drink to Sierra Nevada, a storm that caused extreme precipitations (almost 200 litres accumulated), snow between 100 and 280 cm, maximum risk of valleys with several Registered and winds up to 90 km/h, which left the area with red warning and with some of the unrealistic facilities. Moreover, the storm has been so exceptional that massive evacuations have taken place throughout Andalucía, with thousands of people displaced by floods and floods, which demonstrates the real seriousness of the situation.
