"The apartment is not bad in terms of quality/price at the last minute but it has some details that are left to be desired: - Two sad toilet papers of 1 layer small for 4 people for a whole weekend. - The microwave does not work, sparks and smoke come out - You take out a duvet and it has blood stains - The main mattress is not even a mattress, it is not a double, horrible springs and it is like the pieces of a sofa bed open As for location it is good because it is a few meters from the intermediate stop of the parador. I publish this review because of the poor attention. After complaining about the microwave and duvet and not getting any response at all which ensures that in this sector there is little professionalism and no good customer service, not to even give a minimal response like "thanks for letting us know"."

"This is a fabulous place to stay for a short ski break. Apartment has everything - comfy beds, clean, close to bars and restaurants, brilliant views and generally all round perfect. Could not have asked for more helpful staff - they went above and beyond to help us. Would definitely use again and highly recommend"

"Our experience with these apartments in Sierra Nevada has been very disappointing. We had a reservation made with much illusion to enjoy a few days in the snow, but unfortunately it was decreed red alert in the Camp of Gibraltar (Cádiz), with road cuts that made us completely impossible to move to that. It was not a matter of lack of prediction or change of plans per capricity, but an exceptional situation that was unwilling to us. The most frustrating thing was not only not to be able to travel, but also the total lack of empathy and flexibility by accommodation. They have not only refused to return the money, but also offered us the possibility to change dates to enjoy the stay at another time. They just stayed with our money and the illusion we had put on this trip. We understand that there are cancellation policies, but in exceptional situations such as a red alert with cut roads, we expected at least an alternative or a gesture of understanding. The feeling we have is of little consideration to our clients. I hope you will take into account this kind of exceptional circumstances in the future and offer more human and reasonable solutions. The only person q is saved there is Miguel, receptionist, exceptional boy and trying to help and collaborate in everything"

"If I could give this place 6 out of 5 I would. It is perfect. A beautiful location with beautiful views. Lovely pool surrounded by green grass and ancient olive trees. Terraces at different levels with old trees and great views across the valley. Comfortable rooms, really helpful and friendly staff. Air on and fans. A green ethos. Amazing food. We stayed for 6 days and ate there every night, it was so delicious. A really small boutique hotel so you feel really at home and looked after. And very cute dogs and cat. What’s more, we went during the heatwave, when Granada was almost unbearable. But it was much cooler up in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada. Only thing to note is that the road up is quite narrow and the parking quite tight. So if you are hiring a car then go for a smaller one! "
