The only downside was that the bath sea salt was not refilled in the morning, which was a little disappointing."

"This was our 3rd stay here since the pandemic and it remains the one and only Best Western we ever visit. The hotel consistently offers fantastic value for money, spacious and clean rooms, and an incredible beach view. What really made this trip stand out, though, was the exceptional service from front desk staff Yuki. When we ran into an issue right after check-in, he resolved it instantly. Later on, we encountered a stressful situation locally, Yuki really stepped up to help us handle it. He went completely above and beyond his duties to ensure our holiday wasn’t ruined. It is staff members like Yuki who keep us returning every year. Highly recommended!"

"Great place to stay, beautiful room. Is about ten minutes walk from the bus terminal but the bus from the ferry terminal stops almost straight across the road if coming in from Amami. There is a Co-Op supermarket almost next door, or a 7-11 by the bus terminal."

"I think the room was clean. I'd be happy if they expanded the amenities, as there seemed to be few. The most frustrating thing was that the Wi-Fi didn't connect in the room. They really need to do something about this. Maybe it's because it's on the first floor, but even regular cell service was hard to get, making it difficult to browse the internet. Also, I got a Nago brochure from the front desk, but they gave me one that already had someone else's notes in it..."

"The furnishings are very clean and new, and the view of the stunning ocean is breathtaking. You can hear the sound of the waves both morning and evening – it's truly wonderful. There's parking downstairs, and within a 5-minute walk, there's an AW supermarket, McDonald's, a supermarket, and a convenience store. A 10-minute walk will take you to Blue Seal ice cream shop. Considering all the amenities, it's really quite good for Nago Beach!"

"I used the spa and massage services. The therapists were highly skilled, and I was able to relax completely. My room was also upgraded, and I was able to relax comfortably in a room with a jacuzzi. However, the location is far from tourist areas, so it's suitable for people who want to play golf or relax within the facility, but it might be a little inconvenient for people who are there for sightseeing."

"This place was amazing and beautiful. The Buffett was delicious so please if you book make sure to add dinner because nothing is close enough for you to go buy something else to eat. I would say bring some snacks your kids enjoy just in case they get hungry you'll have it in the room. The room was so Huge and spacious. we also caught the show by the pool where they showcased a live band and dancers. The lounge restaurant has amazing cheesecake."
