"My experience at this hotel was below expectations. The service was quite poor throughout the stay. Food orders placed online were repeatedly getting cancelled, and we had to place the same order again, which was very inconvenient. The room condition was also disappointing. When we checked in, it felt as if the room had been closed for a long time. Cleanliness was not up to the expected standard; there was noticeable dust on the chair and the room did not feel properly maintained. The bathroom towels were not clean, and the bedsheets were not clean and comfortable as expected. Overall, the stay did not provide good value for money and the hotel needs significant improvement in service and housekeeping."

"I stayed for one night. I got the room in a construction area and i saw baby frogs jumping around near the door entrance in the evening. Bath room is not clean. Staff kind of cold to the guest. Breakfast quality is not good compared to 2 other hotels in varanasi and bodhgaya."

"No amenities provide by hotel power switch board is not working. TV, WiFi and other amenities also not work. He is faurd only charge extra price. Manager and Reception not respond properly. Water Heater is not working. Hotel room is not clean. Service is very low rate. Restaurants and other also very bad condition. He not provide any basic amenities. I will not suggest anyone book this hotel . This is very worst hotel"

"The hotel really needs to pay attention to its kitchen hygiene. Me and my parents, all of us together, fell sick after having dinner here. Nonbof us could sleep through he night and suffered diarrhea by morning. We couldn't even go sightseeing and our whole trip was spoilt. The infection has been so bad that we are still making rounds of the hospital and the doctor has put us on antibiotics. The hotel is well made though with some impressive out of the box architecture. The rooms are spacious but have old style beds. The bathroom has a bathtub but staff needs better training for maintenence of room hygiene and cleanliness. Go here only if you dig architecture."

"The hotel is located in the middle of the market. There was no mention or photos of the location of the place. The place is dirty, unclean and unhygienic. There was no water in the washroom. The hotel is understaffed. We ordered breakfast and did not get it even after waiting for an hour. There is a strong strange smell in every room and the washroom smells of cigarette. The rooms are not ventilated."
