FFengdongAllenThis hotel's service and ambiance are undoubtedly among the best I've experienced in recent years. From the moment we checked in at the front desk, every staff member's genuine smile and warm greeting made us feel right at home. What particularly impressed me was when we inquired about local attractions; the staff not only provided detailed directions but also proactively helped us plan our itinerary and even printed out a hand-drawn map.
The guest rooms were stunning. They were spacious and bright, with a modern yet elegant design, and the huge floor-to-ceiling windows offered lush garden views. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had a well-designed wet/dry separation, and we were pleasantly surprised by the smart toilet and rainforest showerhead. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; we couldn't hear any noise even though the hotel is in a bustling area.
The hotel's public areas were also thoughtfully designed. The lobby's book bar had an extensive collection, making for a pleasant afternoon respite. The indoor heated pool had crystal-clear water and was quiet with few people, perfect for a refreshing swim. The rooftop garden terrace was an unexpected delight; enjoying a drink there at night while overlooking the city lights created a truly unique atmosphere.
The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, balancing both Chinese and Western options, and the freshly prepared local specialty noodles were especially authentic. The service staff consistently replenished items and kept the tables tidy. Upon checkout, the front desk even thoughtfully presented us with a small gift and a handwritten blessing card, a gesture that was truly touching.
This hotel not only provided a comfortable environment but also demonstrated the warmth of its service through every detail. It transformed our trip from just accommodation into a memorable experience. I have already recommended it to several friends and will definitely choose to stay here again.

The room is spacious, clean, and very quiet. The hotel provides 4 bottles of mineral water daily, along with complimentary snacks. There's even a refrigerator!
The buffet breakfast is quite good. For a 30 CNY standard, the variety is excellent, and they even have freshly cooked noodles! Just be aware that breakfast ends at 10 AM.
All the staff members are very friendly. I recommend extending your stay directly at the front desk for a better rate. We received a Jin Feng Yuan restaurant voucher, which required scanning a QR code at the front desk (one per WeChat account). The food was delicious! The restaurant is located right downstairs from the hotel.
I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

From the moment I walked in, I felt the warm hospitality and attention to detail that the hosts had put into this place.
First off, the location is superb. Situated on Minzu Avenue, this apartment is not only convenient but also offers easy access to many of the city’s main attractions and amenities. Whether you’re looking to explore local restaurants, hit up shopping districts, or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll around the area, you’ll find it all within close proximity. The convenience alone made my stay incredibly easy and stress-free.
Upon entering the apartment, I was immediately impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The hosts clearly take pride in ensuring the space is spotless and inviting. The decor is modern yet warm, with touches of local flair that give it a unique charm. The furniture is both stylish and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. My room was spacious and equipped with all the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed, which ensured I had restful sleep every night.
One of the highlights was the attention to detail in the amenities provided. From high-speed Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches like bottled water, toiletries, and even some local snacks, it was evident that the hosts went out of their way to make guests feel at home. The kitchen area was well-stocked with basic utensils, which made it easy to prepare simple meals. This was a huge plus for me, as it offered a sense of flexibility and added comfort.
The staff were another big highlight of my stay. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. QQueen Bee BakesWe booked for 5 days stay. I picked this room becos I really like the lollipop lamp as it is so cute! The location is superb, if you turn left going out at the entrance of the building, you will be at the famous “3 streets and 2 lanes” (三街二巷) which is a bustling tourist spot with a lot of good eating places, and shopping places. If you turn right, in a few minutes, you will reach Nanning Old Street (南宁老街），also filled with eating places and shopping places, and there is a night market there too!
The room is cosy and very clean. No unpleasant odours and there is a fridge and a washer in the room too. Toilet is clean and looks new, basic amenities like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided.
The room can be cleaned daily if needed and we requested for more bottled water on some days too. The owner is very friendly and very fast to act of request for extra water or to clear rubbish or tidy the room. Room is equipped with AI assistant, everything can be activated with voice commands (but I think you need to speak Chinese/Mandarin though). It took me a while to get used to speaking to 小爱同学 😜
It is very easy to get cabs from the building too. We also had no issues getting food and drinks delivered to us. I will definitely book this place again the next time I visit Nanning.
我们预订了5天的住宿。我选这个房间是因为我特别喜欢那个棒棒糖灯，它太可爱了！地理位置优越，从大楼入口出门左转，就到了著名的三街二巷，那里是一个繁华的旅游景点，有很多好吃的餐厅和购物场所。右转几分钟就到南宁老街了，那里也有很多餐饮和购物场所，还有夜市！
房间舒适干净，没有异味，房间里还有冰箱和洗衣机。卫生间干净整洁，看起来很新，提供沐浴露、洗发水和护发素等基本用品。
如有需要，房间可以每天打扫，我们有时也要求加瓶装水。老板非常友好，无论需要加水、清理垃圾还是整理房间，他都能迅速响应。房间配备了人工智能助手，所有功能都可以通过语音指令启动（不过我觉得你需要会说中文/普通话）。我花了一段时间才习惯和小爱同学说话 😜
从楼里打车也很方便。我们也顺利地订到了送来的食物和饮料。下次来南宁，我一定会再次预订这家酒店。

MMelbiesReally great hotel experience for us. After traveling for a month this was our last stop. We asked for a quiet room hoping we could finally have some peace and quiet. But this time of year there will be so many families with small children running and jumping around the rooms. The lady told us “we’ll give you a room no one likes.” Hahaha! But unfortunately we were still surrounded by loud families. Anyways the hotel lobby is very big and beautiful. The service was excellent. The doorman helped take our luggage up to the room. The room was very large and spacious. Huge bathroom with with separated toilet, sink/mirror, bathtub, and shower. The view was boring but we told the lady we didn’t care about the view. The bed was nice and soft, very comfortable. WiFi worked well. Water pressure for the bathtub and shower was great! Best water pressure I’ve experienced in 10 years of being in China. The bed is not facing the direction of the tv which usually bothers me as I like to watch tv/movies while lying in bed. But the tv in our room was set up to extend outwards and then towards our bed. That was really awesome as I have never seen any hotel do that before. Really great they did that 👍🏼👍🏼 our cleaning ladies did a great job everyday, they noticed we always drank the free waters and gave us a couple extras. So many small details helped us really enjoy our stay here. The location is also good. About 5-7 minute walk to the metro station. Cross the street via the metro station and there is a very large IMAX cinema and several shopping malls with lots of great food and entertainment options. The MIXC mall is about a 15 minute walk away. Great hotel, great service! Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Nanning. Thank you!

One thing , though, is that the breakfast has to be more varied and creative as, after staying 4 days, we were so afraid of eating the same old breakfast day after day. The night supper provided is simple yet good enough. Self service laundry is great and the tv is especially large and room is relatively large. Overall we give thumbs up for this hotel.

The hotel ambiance is lovely, and the front desk staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The service was impeccable. The fruit tea in the lobby is a perfect refreshment after a tiring day of exploring, making you feel right at home. :) Additionally, the hotel provides helpful tourist guides for various attractions (as shown in picture 4), which is a great convenience.

ZZMJ666Super convenient stay near the airport, definitely choosing it again next time! I booked this for an early morning flight and was pleasantly surprised – it's perfect for travelers. No need to rush for the flight or hassle with finding a taxi.
• Comfortable stay: The room was clean, the bedding was soft, and most importantly, the soundproofing was excellent. I couldn't hear any airport noise, so I got a really refreshing night's sleep.
• Thoughtful service: Check-in at the front desk was quick, and I didn't have to wait for room inspection at check-out. Plus, they offer free luggage storage.
Great value for money, absolutely no complaints for an airport stay. Highly recommended!

WWan SuwanThe location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building.
The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom.
Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent.
In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

Their breakfast was highly recommended; it was self-service, with a wide variety of options, and was nutritious and delicious. It was clean, and even the most tidy areas were spotlessly clean. There's a subway station just 50 meters from the hotel, making it very convenient to get around. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, answering every question. The housekeeping staff were also very helpful, and items were delivered promptly. They also had a free gym, which was a big plus!
