"The hotel is located right on the Nashik–Pune highway, about 1 km from Dwarka. For business travelers coming from Pune, the location is convenient. However, as the property is directly on the highway, there is noticeable traffic noise, especially at night, which may disturb light sleepers. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Drinking water is provided in glass bottles, which is an eco-friendly initiative and appreciated. Food and beverages are available at the adjacent restaurant downstairs, though other dining options are located a bit far from the property. There is ample parking space for both cars and bikes. The staff is friendly and helpful, although they appear quite serious and do not smile much for some reason. Overall, the service is satisfactory. Overall, it is a decent hotel with comfortable rooms and easy access, but highway noise is the main drawback."

"I recently stayed at Regenta Resort Soma Vine Village and had a wonderful experience overall. The check-in process was smooth, and the welcome drink made with Soma wine was a lovely touch that I truly enjoyed. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Although the service was a little delayed at one point, I contacted Housekeeping and the response was excellent. A manager personally came to check on the issue and immediately arranged for the room to be cleaned. He also took the time to speak with us in a very professional and courteous manner. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but his prompt attention and hospitality left a great impression on us. Thank you, Regenta Resort Soma Vine Village, for making our stay memorable. We had a wonderful time and look forward to visiting again."

"location is good. Manager was nice and co- operative but rest of the staff was untrained and unprofessional. They first allotted a room which was not cleaned after the last guest had left. After allottlng another room we found out that the water kettle was dirty. While checking out we were kept waiting for about 15 to 20 mins so that their men could check the room and on top of everything after checking in we found that the towels were kept on the toilet seat. will never visit again "
