"The hotel is far from any infrastructure such as restaurants or shops. I was forced to eat in the hotel in the evening with my colleague. A very, very meager selection with high prices. I want something to eat after work. Dishes from €20 upwards, Angus burgers and lamb chops etc. are not for employees who are away during the week. Sorry, this is something for the weekend with the wife and children, but not something during the week. It would be nice if they offered normal dishes for the guests and a bit more choice than 3 dishes in the main course. On the subject of cleanliness: Our room was generally clean, but the sink in the bathroom was not OK. There was dirt on the edge of the siphon, and there was dirt and chipped chrome in the overflow. Just disgusting."

"Very nice hotel with a “Alpine concept” that has been passed through to the smallest details. Even the work clothes of the very nice staff there are almost based on searches. To do this, the many wood on walls, open fireplace and the view from the bar and breakfast area directly into the ice hall makes one “droom away” into the pre-sleeve country. The room was large enough, also consistent with the concept of the hotel, breakfast was a “world”, even in 5 star hotels (added abroad) no longer get so extensive and appetiteful breakfast. "After entering the hotel/apartment, we were initially impressed by the spacious layout and the seemingly ample space. However, this initial positive impression quickly vanished when we encountered hygiene deficiencies in the sleeping area. There were several hairs on the bed and clearly visible stains on the sheets, which is absolutely unacceptable. A similarly disappointing picture emerged with the glasses we took out of the cupboard; these, too, were stained and obviously hadn't been properly washed, which disgusted us. The most serious problem, however, was the heating system. Despite setting the heating to a maximum temperature of 30 degrees Celsius for more than 12 hours, the room remained uncomfortably cold. This meant that we had to spend the night in sweaters and socks and woke up with sore throats – a situation that is completely inadequate, especially on a cold evening. Furthermore, the kitchen amenities were inadequate. Not only were basic utensils like a cutting board and salt missing, but the provision of only a single roll of toilet paper without any paper towels or paper towels further complicated our stay. Overall, this hotel/apartment has serious deficiencies in terms of cleanliness and amenities that urgently need to be addressed to ensure a pleasant stay for future guests."
