"Regarding the staff, we only saw the cleaning staff, and they were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but old and worn. The carpet had stains and burn holes. I couldn't figure out how the TVs worked, but I'm sure we could have asked someone. The Wi-Fi signal was unfortunately quite poor. The large bed was positioned in a way that meant there was no bedside table, no power outlets, and no lamps. This was rather inconvenient. Check-in and check-out were very easy, and the combination locks on the room and the front door were very practical. The refrigerator was left open and running. When we closed it, condensation formed inside, creating puddles. The curtains didn't completely block out the light. They were also too long, making it difficult to get in and out of bed. During our stay, the unpleasant odor in the room was very bothersome, which is why we won't be booking this hotel again. . ... There's a bus stop right near the hotel, but the bus times never suited us personally. However, Neuss main train station is a quick 15-minute walk away. But that was too far for our five-year-old daughter. There are shops and a good Greek restaurant nearby. The hotel also provides a snack vending machine with drinks. And there's a very nice park nearby as well."
