"You can take a bus from the entrance of Nihonmatsu JR Station to the hotel. It takes 1 minute to walk there after getting off the bus. It is very convenient. The hotel is not big but the room is nice. The tatami is large and the parent-child room is very comfortable. Although the hotel decoration is old, it is very clean. There is also a hot spring on the first floor, which is great for washing away the fatigue of the journey. The breakfast is a buffet with a full range of varieties and it is also enough to eat. It is very good. There is also a racing simulator on the first floor, which the children love. The hotel is not far from the Ebisu Circuit Ebisu Circuit. It only takes a short taxi ride (RMB 300 is acceptable). There is a zoo next to the track. There is a park near the hotel that is also worth visiting. There is also an izakaya opposite the hotel, which is convenient for late-night snacks. Convenience stores are also nearby and a few steps away."

"My husband and I stayed the night before attending the funeral of a friend who lives far away. The hotel facilities are old, so we were a little worried about what the twin room would be like, but it was very spacious, with plenty of space to store our luggage, and we had a very comfortable stay."

"Checking in took a long time. It took a long time to confirm my reservation, and I started to worry that my reservation hadn't gone through properly. It turned out fine, but it was a letdown."

"My wife and I stayed there a week ago. The hot springs were great. The food was good too. There were lots of books about mountains and travel in the lounge, so we weren't bored. The only downside was that our twin bedroom was on the 5th floor, and the view wasn't very good because there was another 4-story inn building right in front of us, so we kept the shoji screens on the windows closed all the time."

"We descended a narrow slope (Sakurazaka) from the hot spring town of Nihonmatsu. There was a foot bath on the right, but it was too cold to get out of the car. On the left was the still-closed Ichinohira Hotel (although its sign still remains on the road). While the hotel's official website lists 60 parking spaces and 47 rooms, for some reason, several late-arriving cars were parked on the side of the road. (However, since the road is a dead-end, only hotel guests can enter.) The hotel itself was very clean. Our room was a comfortable Japanese-style room. The window offered a good view of Kagami-ga-ike Pond. The baths are on the first floor, with only a large communal bath and an open-air bath; there is no sauna, and no separate baths for men and women. While listed as an "acid spring," the water had a strong sulfur smell and was very warming. The day we visited was "Milky Day" (a day for cleaning the bathtub gutters), so the hot spring water was milky white, but the next morning, it was clear. The food is a half-buffet, with sukiyaki and other basic dishes already prepared on the table, and some food and drinks served buffet-style. Most of the facilities are free, and this time we enjoyed playing table tennis. We also borrowed board games (there are several, but you can only borrow one at a time) and had a great time in our room that night. I think this is a recommended ryokan within the Ito En group."

"It's very old. The walls of the hotel are cracked. I often don't have new slippers after staying for a few days."

"Since I stayed with my first year old, I was able to spend comfortably with everything such as a baby bath at the hot spring, a baby chair at the dining hall, and tableware!"

"The cloudy hot spring was nice. If it were a little closer, I would like to visit it regularly. One thing that bothered me was that while I was getting changed before the bath, the person cleaning the floor said "Excuse me" and moved me, who was almost naked. Shouldn't they have waited a little before cleaning? This was the only time I was bothered by this. Other than that, the staff were all kind and it was a very pleasant experience. The food was pretty average, but the breakfast was satisfying with a wide variety. The coffee was too weak, so I would be happy if they offered something a little stronger."

"There are several lodgings in "Dake Onsen", but I think this one has the best location. You can see "Kagamiike Pond", and if the weather is good, I recommend walking around "Kagamiike Park" when you wake up in the morning. The hotel is part of the "Itoen Hotel Group", which bought a long-established inn that was about to go out of business, so the accommodation fee is cheap. They are using the old facilities as they are, so the amenities are low. The room I stayed in this time did not have a working outlet, and the phone did not have a wake-up call function. There was no information about "WiFi" in the room, and there was a connection guide when I went to the lobby, but it seems that you cannot use it unless you enter the "SSID" and "PW" yourself. The bath is "free-flowing from the source". You can see from the image that the overflowing water is not circulated through pipes, and circulating water needs to be disinfected with chlorine and other disinfectants, so you can tell by the smell. Free-flowing water does not have disinfectants, so you can tell by the smell. Hot springs that are circulated and disinfected are much less effective. I think it's better to take a bath in a "free-flowing from the source" bath if possible. The reason it is 1000 yen more expensive than other Itoen hotels is because the dinner is of a higher quality. The breakfast is the same as other Itoen hotels."
