"Excellent welcome Free drinks while waiting for rooms to be available Cleanliness and impeccable service. The small problem: upon checkout, I was told: 1) payment for the drinks offered upon arrival 🧐 After an explanation, I didn't pay anything 2) payment for two breakfasts (€44) that I supposedly ordered??????? Even though I was staying with friends to have breakfast there. This means that anyone can use the catering services on someone else's behalf. I want to point out that I ended my pleasant stay on a sour note. 🫤"

"It was hard to find the hotel for the first time, 40 minutes from the center. The staff was very kind, but if you don't want to be disturbed in the morning for cleaning, put the sign on the door. No free towels No hairdryer In the room no soap No cooler, but you can use hot water free of charge in the coffee machine (2 euro for coffee) It can be noisy"

"The hotel benefits from a prime location, which is definitely its strongest point. However, the overall experience fell short of expectations. The rooms are very basic, furnished with old, minimalist pieces that feel worn and outdated. Basic amenities were lacking—there were no bath towels provided upon arrival, and they were only supplied the following day after I had to request them. Breakfast service was also disappointing. Even an hour after opening, and two until the end of service, there were no fruits or boiled eggs available, despite indications that these items had been offered earlier. The dining area was not well maintained, with dirty tables left uncleared. I Had to clean the table for use. It appeared that only one staff member was responsible for managing reception, restocking breakfast items, and cleaning tables, which significantly impacted the level of service. Overall, while the location is excellent, the hotel would benefit greatly from improvements in cleanliness, staffing, and basic guest amenities."

"In the center of town and close to restaurants, shops, pharmacies and banks. Five-minute walk to Maison Caree and the arena. Ten minutes away from beautiful garden. All of the staff go about and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We had room 5, an executive suite and it was enormous! Very nice pool and backyard garden and lounging area. Can’t recommend highly enough!"

"Fantastic hotel. Very solid old building, with thick walls that isolate sounds and keep warmth inside. Stylish decorations, a lot of space, and really good mattresses. We slept like angels! Free parking, nice but a bit pricey restaurant, and a selection of fancy high quality food at the breakfast. Will stay over again with pleasure!!"

"We had booked a night in this hotel in the occasion of the wedding of a friend celebrated nearby. We particularly appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff. We have also had the opportunity to get to our room before the time scheduled to prepare for the ceremony, which was very appreciable. The next day we also had a extra hour of the pool, which was not reserved, a gesture that we appreciated very much. We did not have the opportunity to test breakfast, because we were waiting for a breakfast at 13:00 after the wedding. The hotel was very comfortable and helped to rest efficiently despite our late return to the hotel."

"One word: run! Two words: run fast! Staying at this hotel is irresponsible to your entire trip and to yourself. The price is five-star, but the service is nonexistent. The whole place is the same level; I really don't know why it's rated five stars. The room facilities are old and dimly lit, filled with cheap goods found at flea markets. If you try to leave the room at night, you'll be met with dim lighting and a creepy doll that appears out of nowhere. The owners are just a husband-and-wife team; they even turn off the corridor lights at night to save money. During the day and night, you have to call the owners to enter the hotel. Once inside, they'll secretly observe you, and if you touch anything that costs money, they'll immediately appear. If you stay three nights, they only provide one bottle of water; extra water costs ten euros a bottle, and they don't tell you it's chargeable. Every guest feels like a lamb to the slaughter. Those seeking novelty can try it, but if you're responsible for yourself and your trip, run!"
