"I was booked in for a works stay. I arrived at 3.45 pm and the chap on reception was very polite but I had to ask about my breakfast that was paid for . Room 101 was two small single beds and a fan was blowing when I arrived so it was lovely and cool. There are lots of restaurants near by I ate at Bella Italia a ten minute walk on the retail park opposite. Along with lots of restaurants and a pub and cinema. I probably wouldn't recommend the walk alone for a female at night as a closed down tgi Fridays looks like some shady people about. I had a lovely walk around a lake in the afternoon which was lovely. The room was quiet noisy but thankfully not at night. The petrol station is handy with all the m and s goodies. I would definitely recommend and return."

"Friendly and helpful front desk staff who provided tourism ideas on check-in as they weren’t busy. Room had been recently renovated such that there were two outlets on the desk with 1 embedded USB A socket and 1 embedded USB C socket. Ironing board sighted on the wardrobe unit in case visiting for business. Power socket by headboards as well so devices can be charged overnight as well. Desk was decent size so if you needed to do some work, laptop can be opened to work. Slightly thinner desk (ie, not super deep) though so less suitable for work-cation if you need to work from your room the whole day. Small gym in the basement. Would stay again for the convenience of being within walking distance of the station and friendly, helpful staff."

The room was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant night’s stay. The hotel’s location was convenient, making it an ideal stop during my journey. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for excellent service and a peaceful stay. I’ll definitely consider staying here again in the future."

"The hotel is in a lovely location by the marina. It's big, and the rooms are clean and quiet. The best thing about my stay was the staff. Everyone I interacted with, from receptionists, to restaurant staff, to cleaners, were all absolutely lovely."

"It's ok. Rooms are very small. Shower was good wofi ok. Bed very comfortable Noise carries a little in the rooms. Breakfast was continental. Nice coffee but choice was bland with food They want you out by 10 in the morning so be aware."

"It's not the fanciest hotel by any means but it was spotlessly clean and the man on reception was helpful and very friendly and worked exceptionally hard. Location wise it's perfect, about a 15 minute walk into town, there's a small car park out the back. Breakfast was very tasty with a few choices. The only thing I would say wasn't great was the bed and pillows weren't the comfiest also the room was extremely hot but we were there on one of the hottest days of the year!"

"This Hotel is in a good location, with walks around and close to Olney and Northampton. The staff are lovely and the Spa is really good! However, on Trip.com the hotel is advertising a picture of a pool. This pool does not exist. Please advise the hotel to that this down. Overall, a nice place to stay for a few days!!"
