"I was booked in for a works stay. I arrived at 3.45 pm and the chap on reception was very polite but I had to ask about my breakfast that was paid for . Room 101 was two small single beds and a fan was blowing when I arrived so it was lovely and cool. There are lots of restaurants near by I ate at Bella Italia a ten minute walk on the retail park opposite. Along with lots of restaurants and a pub and cinema. I probably wouldn't recommend the walk alone for a female at night as a closed down tgi Fridays looks like some shady people about. I had a lovely walk around a lake in the afternoon which was lovely. The room was quiet noisy but thankfully not at night. The petrol station is handy with all the m and s goodies. I would definitely recommend and return."

"Lovely hotel easily accesible via the motorway. Good selection of food for breakfast including eggs made to order and waffles which you can make on your own. We attended a wedding close by and when we got back from the party, were really grateful that Hilton had a self-paying kiosk with bottled water and snacks. Will stay here again next time we’re in the area."

"Very clean hotel! Location isn’t bad at all, the atmosphere is great! Great price also. Bedrooms are the typical premier inn room, however may i add that the beds are so comfy now, possibly new pillows? If so i love it. Brooke on the reception desk was the best person I have had check me into a hotel (and i travel around a lot for work so live from hotel to hotel most of the time). She is fab, 10/10 customer service. You can see she’s a young lady but wow what an asset she is, she is going places! You don’t find many young people like this anymore. So please pass my praises where deserved. My stay was quiet and peaceful, had to google what things to do in the area so it made the stay better."

"It's ok. Rooms are very small. Shower was good wofi ok. Bed very comfortable Noise carries a little in the rooms. Breakfast was continental. Nice coffee but choice was bland with food They want you out by 10 in the morning so be aware."

"The hotel is in a lovely location by the marina. It's big, and the rooms are clean and quiet. The best thing about my stay was the staff. Everyone I interacted with, from receptionists, to restaurant staff, to cleaners, were all absolutely lovely."

"Absolutely disgusting hotel. Full of drunk people shouting and swearing all night long. I did not feel safe staying here and was desperate to get home. Room was dirty and outdated. Definitely will not be staying again! Not sure this place is still in business."

"This Hotel is in a good location, with walks around and close to Olney and Northampton. The staff are lovely and the Spa is really good! However, on Trip.com the hotel is advertising a picture of a pool. This pool does not exist. Please advise the hotel to that this down. Overall, a nice place to stay for a few days!!"
