The room was fantastic, the food was sublime (Manna, the restaurant that operates from Baglio Siciliamo) and the hospitality from everyone who worked there was just fabulous. Breakfast was a feast and set us up for the day!"

"We visited Villadorata for our anniversary dinner having spotted it on the Michelin guide. We arrived at 7:15 for our reservation and the setting was beautiful. We were guided through the restaurant and down to the lower level outdoor seating. We were made aware on arrival that they were experiencing electrical issues and therefore music couldn’t be played as usual - this was fine and to start, we didn’t see any issues arising with these technical issues. I must be clear that the food was amazing! Service very good to start, however did get noticeably slower throughout our time there. The reason for 4 stars is because we did not finish dinner until gone 11pm. Whilst I appreciate the Michelin experience and tasting menus aren’t to be rushed, 4 hours was far too long! This did spoil our experience and on speaking with the staff, their ‘excuse’ was that it’s a long walk down from the kitchen. Whilst I appreciate this and did witness the waitresses working hard, if the distance is too far, then maybe you should reconsider the location of the outdoor seating. As I say, the food was lovely, service was good but the dining time was far too long. A real shame with so much potential"

"The hotel is minimum 20mins drive from Noto town. Very quiet place, there are no events, like dance night, or bbq , not even a good atmosphere in the terrace when you have your dinner. The view is nice, it is in the mountains.The rooms are authentic, it’s alright. The swimming pool should be cleaner. However it’s a nice place to relax."

"I had a very disturbing experience with Rita, person who works at the place. She screamed like a crazy at my son(6yo) “shuuuuut uuuup”.Weather I accept that he should stay more quiet, I believe you must communicate through the parents first. And let them to deal with a baby."

"Beautiful design and location, but for this price we expected much more. Rooms Are dark with bad ventilation. The hotel is understaffed and the same staff (sadly) seem to work long hours with no days off (the same 3 people never had breaks the entire week we were there) There is no consistent poolside service we had to chase down someone for drinks many times finding no one, again for the price range not acceptable service. The biggest problem was the hotel seemed to host private events at night and given the small size it was extremely disruptive, noisy, and we were forced to drive far outside for food (10-30 minutes) several occasions. Being a guest at a small hotel when the only restaurant on site is being used for an event made our stay difficult. The staff were nice and the location beautiful, but overall disappointing."

Close to siracusa and Noto, yet offering intimacy and perfect relaxation. Hands-down the best play we stayed at while vacationing in Sicily."

"We had a luxury large room with lovely terrace in this beautiful villa. The swimmingpool was great. Breakfast was fine, but not exceptionel. The B&B has view to Noto. Staff was kind. Drinks were served with extra snacks. The B&B was well located to visit the splendid cities Noto and Syracuse, and many others. Good pizzeria/restaurant is nearby across the street. We would recommend this lovely place, if there was not the terrible noise of the motorcross circuit nearby, as well on Sunday as Monday afternoon. Especially on Sunday it was not pleasant. "
