"This hotel was very nice and clean. There were a pool and terrace. I could the sea from my room. The view was very nice. Breakfast was good. I stayed here for 2 nights. In the second morning I had to leave here early so I thought I couldn’t have breakfast but staffs prepared my picnic breakfast. I satisfied it. Staffs were very kind. I left my luggage in the bus. I told them about that. They called the bus office immediately and picked it up to my room. Thank you so much."

"Hotel difficult to judge: on the one hand, quiet location outside of town close to small, beautiful beaches, very tasteful hotel complex, good spa, good parking and above all a very good restaurant at reasonable prices. Only the rooms: quite old, not very tasteful furnishings, creaky/sticky bathroom door - but the balcony with a view of the greenery is nice. Despite the drawbacks in the rooms: overall still recommendable - but only for shorter stays."

"A stay impossible to improve. We come every year and we will continue to do so. Everything is taken care of in detail: the exceptional cleanliness, the fantastic breakfast, the attention of the staff is a 10 (great value of this hotel, its human team who have been here for years and that is noticed and appreciated), the small but perfect thalasso, the restaurant, cafeteria, and the views of the estuary, that is priceless, waking up to those views is a plus. It's well worth booking with those views. Wonderful common areas, the improvement is noticeable with the renovation of the breakfast room on sunny days. A success The perfect rest, very well soundproofed rooms, super comfortable mattresses and pillows. I can't put a single fault on it. We will continue coming every year as before, we feel at home. Thank you"

"First of all: a big praise to the staff of this wonderful hotel: Especially David Costa in Guest Relations and Enrique, the Chef. They made our stay here wonderful. Enrique is a true master of his profession. And David helped us to solve our problem: The hotel was too noisy for us. Many families with babies, and in addition, a very loud orchestra playing during almost all evenings at the only restaurant that was open for dinner. That was too much for us. David found for us a country hotel in Galicia, called "Aurea Palacio de Sober". That was much more to our taste. My recommendation for the Eurostars group is the following: Eurostars owns 3 properties on this small island of La Toja. Why not designate one hotel for families with small children, and make this Gran Hotel a place for a more adult clientèle (over 12 years old)? This magnificent hotel has the potential to become the equivalent of Cap d'Antibes or Hostal de la Gavina, but it needs a facelift: definitely new sunbeds by the pool with a foam mattress, a renovation of the rooms, and a different concept for the evening meals. The location and the tradition make this hotel unique - but it needs a new concept and a renovation. The staff is one of the best I found at any hotel in the world. With this staff, this hotel could become really "GRAND" - if Eurostars decides to invest in this place."

"Good hotel , we were in the norat three stars and did not surprise and for good , the room has a good size , the bedroom is good , a large TV screen and the bathroom is large , The breakfast buffet is good (we pay it separately), and the spa is great, everything worked perfectly, it is not very big but it has many kinds of screws.Up,in the lake there is a terrace with sea views, We couldn't take advantage of it because it was not season but in summer it must be very good.The location is also good ,is in the center of O Grove ."

"This hotel is definitely the hidden gem of Galicia. Located at short distance of the city centre and famous island of La Toja. Surrounded by nature with breathtaking views of the Arousa river, it’s an oasis of peace and relaxation. We opted for a room with terrace I booked directly with the hotel as it was not available through an online booking engine. The room is spotless and spacious with a king bed of at least 2x2. The breakfast superb and the staff super friendly. Large pool and solarium. Numerous fruit trees. Don’t look any further if you like to stay in O Grove. Necessary to rent a car. Plenty of free parking available at and in front of the resort."
