Maria was amazing - helped me by lending me a charger cable and by printing out a ticket for me. All done with a smile. The hotel itself is a joy. I arrived late at night and the entry system was easy to navigate and the room they gave me was lovely. So comfortable. It’s stylish, comfortable and modern but the hotel has some character too. Don’t miss it!!"

"Ist of all before I write my review would like to say a big thank you to the very helpful lady at reception her name is Julia What a very helpful lady got to reception was having problems with my booking on my phone she sorted it all out for me etc etc was no bother for her at all very polite very helpful very good customer service 10/10 to this amazing woman certainly knows her job a big thank you Julia Just for your help will definitely use hotel again Now to hotel Very clean rooms Stocked up with tea coffee sugar etc Staff are very polite n friendly Nice comfy beds Nice n quite hotel Ask at reception for anything if they can help you they will Overall rate this place 10/10"
