"Nive hotel in Bitmingham. Near grocery store and supermarket. Recommended."

"Where do I start, booked here in Feb for valentines and stayed for 1 night myself and my husband on the Sunday night. Prior to arriving they called me 3 times to ask when we would be arriving- I already answered this on the first call- excessive in my opinion. The room was fine- no complaints. We stayed out late and the following morning I asked to add on late checkout- the response 'I did see you arrived back very late last night' very worrying comment and felt judged for my arrival time home- we are a married couple in our 30's not 18 year olds. Anyway- fast forward to the second week of march and I saw £99 charge from domo boutique taken on my card- contacted them immediately to question the charge. To my absolute dismay I had been charged for linen replacement because I as a female- had come on my period- a very natural and normal thing to happen to a female. When they told me it was for stained linen I explained the reason- their response was 'too much information' but yet If I didn't reply with the information it could have been anything and therefore relate to a potential charge, after speaking with multiple hotel owners locally they cannot believe a hotel has charged a female for this sort of 'marked linen'. Any female wishing to stay here you better work out your monthly cycle first because if not make sure you have a spare £99 to pay for the linen. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and the way ive been treated and made to feel ashamed and embarrassed for something I cannot help. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!!!"
