"Great location, clean and tidy"

"I stayed two days and liked it, so I extended my stay and changed rooms. It turned out to be a nightmare. Facilities: Upon entering the room, I discovered the bathroom light was broken. I notified the front desk, but it still hadn't been fixed until after I checked out. Such inefficiency! Service: The day before check-out, I put some personal belongings, such as clothes, pants, and medication, into two plastic bags. The bags happened to be on top of a trash can, and the cleaning lady probably mistook them for trash and threw them away. But think about it, why would someone treat plastic bags as trash if they contained personal belongings? I reported it to the front desk staff, but they didn't seem to care. I told them I'd give them a bad review if they didn't address it, but they didn't care. This was a very poor service attitude. Environment: Because the hotel is in the city center, it can be quite noisy at night."

"The hotel is showing its age. Not only does the furnishings leave much to be desired, but the maintenance is also lacking. After a three-day stay, the elevator lights are out. The staff are irritable and complain about each other. Even in the bar, staff point out grievances. No cooperation, a feeling of conflict has taken over."

"This hotel is located in the outskirts of Oldenburg. We booked it as we visited friends nearby. The hotel is located next to a highway but has sound-proof windows and air purifier in the rooms. Still, we slept with open windows and the noise level at night was not annoying. The rooms are well appointed and equipped, are very clean and the beds comfortable. The bathrooms offer all necessary amenities. Breakfast buffet is rich. The hotel has a bar. Personnel were very friendly, attentive and catered to our needs. The hotel has recently been renovated."

"Great location, cleanliness 10/10, but unfortunately, the service at Oh Honey is more like 4/10 :-/ While all the staff are exceptionally friendly, they're also friendly to each other. If chatting and joking around with colleagues is more fun than working, I find that unprofessional. It's nice to see that the staff feel comfortable, but if I, as a paying guest, suffer because I don't get a second drink or because breakfast isn't ready in the morning, that's a no-go for me."
