"When we entered the hotel room we were amazed. It was dirty, the facility was defect, dozens of dead insects on the window bank, the toilet smells to urine and the duche was overflowed with hair. It was just awful. The TV was broken and the W-LAN did not work. The specified parking spaces do not exist. We tried to reach the owner forgetting and booked another hotel in the same night. ******* does not want to repay us despite these unacceptable circumstances. I will not book any more over ******* or in this terrible, fallen breakdown."
