"There was a mouse in my room eating my biscuits. I called room service and showed them a video I had taken as proof. They tried to find it, but the mouse had disappeared by then—and so did the room service staff. As a result, I ended up spending a sleepless night. Rest of the things were good but this experience has ruined it."
