"Pathetic, service, pathetic location, pathetic staff specifically upper management, didn't bother to have a look on customer problems and other things, asked for many charges in different different ways. No options available of having cab or something to reach anywhere even when you are in a medical emergency. Advise not to go and stay there. Very terrible and very pathetic. A big no."

"I didn't liked hotel at all.. too small rooms and the food was too pathetic, I ordered Veg biryani and Veg paneer steam momos the biryani was raw, uncooked and the momos pink mayonnaise and the momos chutney was too pathetic no salt in chutney and too spicy and I felt so sick there I vomited thrice with blood. The housekeeping came twice to clean. When I informed reception that evening the person who sits at reception is so least bothered, no humanity he just listened and said nothing or asked for any help or medicine or doctor and hung up the phone. They will never even check on you even if you died inside in the room. Later I asked for watermelon that was also stale and smelly. I did not even open the plate. The next day at checkout time I told them that the girl at reception was doing a timepass and did not want to take any action or charge for food the way it all happened to me. Then after 15 minutes the other guy came and said we have not charged for watermelon and we are sorry. Seriously, pathetic, unprofessional, only formality. They were so casual that they were least bothered what would have happened to a person who is on a trip and they didn't even call or try to check and I anyways have to pay a bill for their raw pathetic stale food. Ridiculous experience. I will never ever recommend or book this hotel."
