"Terrific! We became very! We were warmly welcomed at reception, but previously we couldn't reach it because the access road to the hotel was blocked and our sat nav couldn't find a way. After calling the hotel, an employee came running from there! and opened the barrier and walked us alongside our car to the hotel. Then he accompanied my husband to the parking lot, as it was complicated to get to the reserved parking space in a large hall because of a church event with a high-ranking dignitary, for which the police had closed everything. This was a unique event in Orange, but the hotel helped us a lot with the car. Our junior suite was very large with a large, comfortable bed. The bathroom was the largest we had in 6 weeks of vacation in France, everything was perfectly equipped, classic style, but with very nice tiles. The shower was very large and nothing got wet outside and the tile floor in the shower was not smooth but very secure (much ! better than most other hotels). Showering there was a pleasure! Everything was nicely furnished, NOT “loveless” as written in another guest review, that’s not true. The heating worked well (November) and you could sleep with the window open, it was so quiet. We didn't have breakfast there, so no opinion on that. Location perfect in the center. A wonderful stay, absolutely recommended, thank you very much to the hotel and its staff!!"

"I tried calling the hotel for two days to confirm my arrival time. The phone wasn't answering. They also didn't respond to my messages or email. I arrived at 2:00 PM, but the doors were locked. The machine outside wouldn't give me a code to enter, claiming they hadn't received my payment for my stay, even though I'd paid in the fall. A woman came out and told me to come back in two hours when a staff member would return. They wouldn't let me in, and they didn't offer to leave my luggage. I contacted trip.com for help. They tried to contact the hotel, but to no avail. So, they moved me to another hotel. I can't comment on the cleanliness. The staff, as far as I can tell, doesn't treat guests very well."

"This was our time at Justin de Provence and in Orange. This was an allround wonderful stay - and I honestly only have very positive things to say. The hosts were pleasant/very amiable and welcoming as well as helpful - including several very good tips for visits (sights to see, places to go for dinner etc., which were great recommendations). They have such a remarkable attention to detail too. The house is splendid; very easy place to relax. We had a lovely breakfast (e.g. everything fresh, and high quality) too. It was nice to be outside of the town, but it was simultaneously easy to get into town (either a decent walk or short drive). We definitely hope to stay here again!"
