"When I checked in, the lady at the front desk, Thermi, spoke fluent English, was warm and friendly, and even upgraded me to the highest floor, the 13th floor. The room is large and the view is great, especially the sunset. It's so beautiful that it's touching. This hotel usually costs five to six hundred per night. But I picked up something that day, more than two hundred. Great value. The downside is that the gym is very basic and the treadmills seem to be faulty."

"The hotel facilities are quite new, and the balcony is nice. The only drawback is the laundry service. There was no price list for laundry services; the list told me to ask at the front desk. With so many types of clothes, how could they possibly ask everyone? The key issue is that when I did ask the front desk, they told me to call the laundry company myself. The list didn't mention that laundry was unavailable on Saturdays and Sundays. I dropped off my clothes at the front desk on Saturday morning, and they told me I could only drop them off on Monday. Overall, the service is somewhat lacking compared to other hotels, although the front desk staff's attitude was acceptable."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was incredibly convenient, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The only minor downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, but it didn't ruin the experience. Overall, it’s a solid 8/10, and I would definitely consider staying here again!"
