"The reservation staff was very good, helpful and mostly polite though I didn't speak French. The food is limited in the restaurant. Checkin and was not a problem The hotel is old and dirty. Many guests became ill I think do to the dirt filled air conditioners and old unclean carpeting. The elevator didn't work and we were assigned to the third floor with 3 seniors. It is way overpriced though they said they are renovating."
