"We stayed in room 701 TAKE. It was absolutely amazing. It’s like staying in a national trust house. We had a private onsen style bath. We had breakfast and dinner and the unmatched service continued from check in, through all touch points. The dinner we had was european/french inspired/fusion and was exceptional. The breakfast was more. All of the rooms/houses are scattered around the old town of the village. There are a few gift shops but most are cafes and bakeries. There are some atmospheric runs to be had along the river and would highly recommend staying here."

"There are few places to stay in Oosu, this place is practically exclusive, and the prices are also monopolized. The Japanese-style rooms are relatively small, and the price is quite high for two adults. If you add a child, there is an extra charge of 110 yuan for a bed. Breakfast is charged at 50 yuan. It's the only place in Japan where you encounter a situation where you have to pay extra for a child and don't get an extra blanket."

"The hotel is super suitable for those who who aim for running away from modernization. And enjoy a peaceful moment of your own. Do remember you have to make reservations so that the staff will prepare dinner for you otherwise you need to drive a few miles to search for food elsewhere. The facilities are a bit aged but at least it doesn’t bother us from enjoying the stay."
