"The location is excellent. It's a 10-minute walk to both the lower and upper parks. It's central yet in a quiet, green area. There's a Lenta supermarket nearby. On the first floor, there's a water cooler and a microwave. Check-in is contactless, but you only get the instructions after completing online registration, as there's no administrator on-site. You have to send photos of all your documents, but what if you can't do that in advance? It's unclear how that would work. Rooms 1 through 5 are on the first floor, and other guests were constantly walking past for half the night, causing the entrance door to slam loudly. We stayed in room 1 and were woken up every time it closed. The soundproofing is non-existent. We could also hear someone tossing and turning and their bed creaking in the room above.
