"Central location in the centre. Good, quiet location. Hotel complex consists of several buildings. Small parking lot at the building. Otherwise parking in the area. The hotel is decorated in a somewhat special and idiosyncratic way - a matter of taste. But neat and clean. We didn't find the famous hair of the previous guest either. The manager and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Competent, friendly and not intrusive. We had the Venice room. The room was rather small. Very limited storage space. Only one place to sit. Curtain torn off. There is a kettle in the room. The room has its own sauna(!). Extremely cramped and uncomfortable. Only one person without claustrophobia could sit here. Impossible. Remodel. We put our suitcases and bags in there. No room cleaning. It is not known whether there was air conditioning for the summer. We did not use the various wellness offers due to our age. The price-performance ratio is not right for this reason alone. Good, generously garnished breakfast from the breakfast buffet, although we would have liked to have tried different types of ham. When there is a lot of demand, the passageway gets a bit crowded. Lots of guests in the room. The restaurant is tastefully decorated. The evening menu is clear. Our food tasted very good. If I had dinner more than three times, I would probably have difficulty choosing. The prices are high, though. The restaurant closed at 10 p.m. Bad. Lots of people wanted something to drink. We were asked, rather rudely, to finish our drinks and leave. There were three buses in front of the building. Accordingly, it was very loud at breakfast and dinner. By the way: If a comment mentions § 187, the relevant book should be stated (BGB, VVG, StGB, etc.). The location of the hotel is well suited for a short vacation. We can recommend it. I have spent around 200 days a year in a variety of good to very good hotels in Germany. My wife and I still travel a lot. For this reason alone, we are allowed to make a judgement about hotels. Conclusion: These are our impressions of the respective hotel. We have tried to keep this review as neutral as possible. This is the subjective and objective impression of my wife and me. "We arrive yesterday just for a weekend with our kids. 2 and 6 years. We want calm and rest. We have the most expensive suite which is in 5th floor. Unfortunately in 6th fooor there is a sky sauna. So from 6:10am they throwing with chairs, and things and everything was heard. So me, my wife and also both kids are awake from 6:20am. Perfect…. That’s the only thing what we want and its : SLEEPING!!! 2years old daughter is jumping on my head from 6:20 and its only because this terrible sauna spot with rude staff!…. I could stay at home and go to work, I awake at 7:00am home so I will sleep better also with kids…"

"We were here 7 days on holiday, room 306. All has been perfectly smooth, the room was very nice, well furnished, clean, good beds, TV, fast internet, treasury, balcony, parking and deep garage available. We came later when the reception opened, so we called before. No problem, room card would be deposited in the code safe, which was then the same. We booked rooms with breakfast, even this read no wishes open. I and my wife had two days of birthday in this time. Every one hang a note at our doorfalls, where we were congratulated on our birthday and we should register in the restaurant. We did that too and were brought to a beautifully covered table with candles, decoration and champagne. We were desired a beautiful birthday, really the hit! And the staff is so kind, you don't think it anymore in the present time. We have not used the SPA offers, so I can't report anything about it. But I assume that this area is also top. The surroundings are beautiful, even a golf course is available if someone needs. It was totally quiet in the hotel, no child cry, no hectic, just good to relax. The only small shortage: In our room there was no air conditioning, but we were not so warm yet the building seems well isolated. As it looks at 35°C, I don't know we had up to 28°C per day, about 18°C per night. The whole holiday was perfect under the straight line and we can really only recommend this hotel."

"We had booked a large apartment for four people very early on for a wedding. Due to a system error, I received a call asking if we would be happy with two equally large rooms. I agreed. When we arrived, we were given a very small room with a 1.40m bed. I asked if there were any larger beds available – and they said no, they were all so small, which surprised me immensely. At the wedding, I learned that there were indeed much larger rooms and beds, so we went back to complain. The young employee was really very helpful, and we were finally able to move to the last available room. We lost a whole hour. I wrote an email to the manager, describing our unsatisfactory stay – and unfortunately, I never received a response. Our night wasn't particularly good either, as there was a huge, rumbling air conditioning unit in the back courtyard right outside our room. Overall, it's certainly a good place to stay overnight—but the rooms are very run-of-the-mill, the hooks on the barriers were already coming loose, and the mattresses had a rubber covering, which is common in hospitals. Another thing to keep in mind: it's a party location, and there's a lot going on, especially on weekends."
