"1. A housekeeping staff member knocked on my door before 9 AM and immediately opened it, waking me up before I could react. 2. There was no security lock on the door, which allowed her to open it easily. 3. There was no phone in the room to contact the front desk. Since the air conditioning was only set to 24°C, it felt a bit cold in winter. I had to go downstairs to ask for help, which was inconvenient. 4. I don't understand why the hairdryer only had cold air and no hot air. 5. The breakfast was pitifully small, with limited variety. In the end, I only had a glass of milk and a piece of bread."

"I’ve had a great stay. Exceptionally clean room, powerful shower, comfy bed. The staff have been super friendly. Loved having a fridge and bottle opener in the room! Perfect location in relation to the main train station. Loved the breakfast (yoghurts/juice/cereal/rolls/eggs/cheese/coffee etc). There’s a Rewe and Lidl close by. If you like Falafel/Hummus there’s a great place a few minutes away. There are other restaurants etc close by but can’t comment as didn’t visit them. All in all a great time, thank you!"
