If you're only staying in Phuket a couple of days, this hotel is satisfactory. It's quite close to the beach and shopping if you need to buy anything. There are two important things to note: 1) There is a 1,000 Baht deposit you have to pay upon check in. You get the deposit back when you check out. 2) The address/name on the site does not take you to the hotel. The hotel is the ICheck Inn Chill Patong and the address is 18 / 1Rat-u-thit ,200 pee road, kathu, Phuket, 83150, Thailand.

It was really close to Patong Beach hub. My only complains are for the breakfast. There were lots of Chinese foods and very few other options. Only one type of cheese. And the worst part was the coffee ☕️. It was terrible, at least for me. I noticed some guests brought their own coffee with them to the restaurant. Another thing that bugged me was the pool hours. The pool was closed after 7, which was exactly the time I wanted to use the pool. All in all, it was a good hotel.

This place is just... WOW!!!! Loved every moment of our stay. The Location- Very conveniently located in kata, close to everything. You can easily walk to the beach but the resort offers a free shuttle hourly. Outside the resort there are multiple places to eat and the night market is an easy stroll away. The phuket smart bus and blue bus stop which is a cheap alternative to taxis and tuk tuks is literally down the road. The Food- The breakfast buffet was amazing and was charged at 250bht when we checked in but when we checked out we were told it was 350. This was the only disappointment as it was written in the room that it was 250 and we were told verbally. So I suggest if it's not included in your room rate you need to double check you sign the paper when you arrive at breakfast. However there are many food options so close and super cheap cocktails everywhere! Go down the street there is a little open bar and the guy there is really friendly and makes amazing drinks for only 100bht. The room- we stayed in the barray villa and oh man this was an outstanding experience. Yes it wasn't the cheapest but it was worth every cent. No pictures can do it justice. If you need want a cheaper option then the pool access rooms looked great and the canal in front of the rooms made for an excellent night swim when it was all lit up. I really loved Sawasdee and Kata, I regretted moving on to patong because in all honestly I hated patong! It was way to crowed and full of creeps. Just a very sleazy place and everything cost more. You yourself a favour and book your stay at Sawasdee!! You won't regret it 😁

I recently had the opportunity to extend my stay at Thavorn Beach Village Resort and Spa Phuket due to a missed flight, and I must say it turned out to be a delightful experience. The hotel staff was extremely helpful in accommodating our last-minute request for an extra night, ensuring a seamless transition to a new room. Although our new room was located further up the hill, away from the beach, it was a luxurious haven. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities one would expect from a high-end resort. The panoramic views from the room were stunning, making up for the slight inconvenience of having to take a slow-moving roller coaster car to the lobby area. Speaking of the facilities, I can confidently say that they are nothing short of excellent. The resort boasts an array of amenities catering to various interests and preferences. Whether it was lounging by the pool, indulging in spa treatments, or taking part in the recreational activities offered, there was never a dull moment during our stay. One aspect that truly stood out during our extended stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. From assisting us with our luggage during the room change to offering helpful suggestions for local attractions, their attentiveness and professionalism were commendable. Despite the unexpected change of plans, Thavorn Beach Village Resort and Spa Phuket remained a five-star experience. Great place to stay, pool was really nice, room was huge and spotless, Staff were very welcoming and friendly if you are looking for access to beaches go elsewhere. Outstanding value for money. Lots of street food near by and the hotel restaurant was very good, its also a 3 minute stroll from a huge Big C supermarket. Would definitely stay again. The bed was a bit on the hard side but as I was using the hotel to get over jet lag for a couple of nights it was not really an issue, so nothing bad to say

A great place to stay. Once you get your bearings, you can walk to anywhere really. Fantastic pool area. Plenty of space to swim and get a day bed. We never missed out. Plenty for everyone. Good drinks at the swim bar. Thanks to Som, a bar staff who was very friendly and engaging. Helpful. Special promotional deals plus happy hour. Very good breakfasts. You have a large choice that changes daily. Special mention to Josef the chef, and Si the egg cook. Pool food service and room service really good value. No guilt there Spa provided incredible massage packages, very, very reasonable. Rooms good. Clean. The hotel is about 15 years old. But holds itself well. Good restaurants around. Of course all of the Thai staff are wonderful, friendly and obliging! Shame how some tourists treat them so arrogantly and disrespectfully. We really enjoyed our stay there. Would recommend. It's considered to be central Patong Beach.

The hotel is so good! The room was big and clean. Cleaning every day. So close to the beach! Just cross the road and here you are. Breakfast was amazing! Really a lot if different food, so everybody can choose what they like. Wifi was workinv in the room in a good way! Tv as well! On the roof the swimming pools were working, but one area was closed. Maybe that area opens only for high season. But without that area it was still great! Definitely will come back here one day 😁😁 The only minus was that on balcony our clothes were not drying at all, cause the window was small and it was going inside (between the 2 hotel buildings) and there was a roof between the buildings, so, there was no any ventilation. So, the clothes were getting smelly instead of drying. 🤦🏼♀️ But there are other areas with opened balconies, so, maybe in those rooms there is no such a problem.

At first we booked it for a week, but since everything was fine, we’ve decided to stay extra two weeks. Everything was going ok until one if the housekeepers ROBBED US! We left a small amount of money in a purse (30TBH) and a fresh pack of ciggarettes in a room and while she was cleaning the room she actually freakin’ STOLE that SMALL amount of money and 8 ciggarettes. We know this is not the money to be complaining about, but the thing is that it actually happened. What if we had left there more money? She obviously would’ve stolen that too.. wow.. When we went down to the reception and described the situation, a guy who was working at the reception started laughing at us! Staff is absolutely horrible, can’t communicate normally and has no respect to their customers. We didn’t want our room cleaned for the rest of the stay, because we were afraid something might get stolen again. We confronted a housekeeper and she had full pockets of money, but she was ignoring us and couldn’t look in to our eyes. Manager of this hotel tried to find everything out but workers just denied everything. This is absolute comedy.. And we got no compensation at all. Staff ruined the whole stay. We would not stay here again.

Once we arrived we hardly welcome the receptionist KOY, an antipatic person to the possible who has not even damaged to explain the necessary information as everything arrived in a hotel (wifi , Access Pool ...etc) while people next to them were welcomed as appropriate by the second receptionist. After going up to the room we notice that it is not all the one chosen on booking , she didn't even excuse herself just said she was wrong . Very disappointed it is certain that for a 5* in Thailand prices are affordable but you need to keep a minimum of professionalism anyway! See the further stay ....

I am quite happy that I chose Holiday Inn Resort Patong, thanks for those who wrote their reviews 👍this hotel is very close to everything you need, within walking distance to restaurants, malls, convenience stores, beach n the famous walking street. But it is always quiet within the hotel. We don't need to spend anything on transportation except to n from the airport. We stayed at the premium balcony room on the new wing, it is very nice. I like the design of separate toilet, bathroom, sink n dressing table, which is very convenient. All the staff are nice and helpful. The breakfast is ok. Although the variety is not much, it got all the basic stuff. Swimming pool is nice n not crowded at all, maybe Sept is not the peak season. Only one thing that I don't like was the hotel's Friday night BBQ dinner buffet which costs Baht 850 per person. Beef was overcooked, prawns were undercooked. We founded that the BBQ chicken wings bought from the street hawker were much more better n it is definitely an must try.

Since my experience I was in a double room for 9 days in February, and I cost very cheap, 108 EUR on 9 days .... It was through the Aguda page, cheaper than booking all a discovery .... I have to say the room was very dark , gave a wall of building .. But he has very good things , is next to the beach , and super near Bangla Road .... Furthermore, the owner is very good person and helps you in whatever it is , because I sweep a free shirt , I don't charge anything , all details .... This is regenerated by the family, your daughter, yen and her ... I will repeat safely next time ....

I finally understand why many people recommend this hotel. For me, the boss is like a friend of mine in Thailand. Not only does he have a clean room environment, but he also recommends authentic restaurants and Thai massages. It’s very comfortable to get along with him. Turn right after exiting the hotel trail, and you can see the sea at the end of the road. It's very convenient to take public transportation. It's a super nice experience. I hope to see you next time!
