An excellent choice for budget and longer-stay travellers, offering excellent value for money. The hotel is modern, clean, and has a lively atmosphere without feeling busy. I stayed in a Breeze XL room, which was spacious enough for our luggage, tidy, and well equipped with a mini kitchen, good air conditioning, and a strong shower. The rear-facing view wasn’t anything special, but that wasn’t a major issue. The rooftop pool and restaurant are definite highlights, with nice views over the town and mountains. The restaurant has a large menu and represents good value, although the food didn’t quite meet my own standards. The gym is another strong point, especially if you enjoy cardio, as it has plenty of equipment, a dedicated yoga room, and even personal trainers available. The free weights area is a little cramped and the selection is fairly limited, but it’s more than adequate for most hotel stays. The bed felt a little worn, but I still slept well throughout my stay. The hotel is dog-friendly, which initially concerned me, but it wasn’t a problem at all. I wasn’t disturbed by noise, and the hotel remained clean with no signs of pet mess or hair. The location isn’t ideal if you want to walk everywhere, but taxis are cheap and easy to get, so it wasn’t a significant drawback. Overall, I’d happily stay here again.

The room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff spoke a little Chinese, which was helpful. It's very close to shopping areas and attractions, and getting a taxi was easy. After a long day of sightseeing, it was great to relax by the pool. My kids loved it!

The room was very clean. Location was great, coming from the airport the bus stopped right across the road. Old town about 15 mins walk away, and central shopping centre about 30 mins walk. Two 7 elevens, tops daily and lotus supermarket nearby. Staff were friendly. Complimentary water and coffee everyday. Smart TV with Netflix, etc.. Bed was very comfortable and balcony with lots of natural light was great. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe. Only downside was the noise as its located on a main road, other than that I'd highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a very minimalist and cozy design that makes the whole place feel calm and relaxing. The room was super comfortable — it genuinely felt like a home away from home. Location was also really convenient. It’s only about a 10-minute walk to Phuket Old Town, so getting around for food, cafes, and sightseeing was very accessible. One small detail that made the stay extra memorable was that they gifted us a personalized luggage tag 🧳 Such a thoughtful touch that made the experience feel more personal. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit

Great value for money – you get a star-rated hotel experience at an affordable price. Its convenient location, close to bus stops for Kata and Karon beaches, and within walking distance to the Naka Weekend Market, were all reasons I extended my stay. The hotel is well-equipped with facilities like a restaurant, cafe, and gym. The swimming pool is located on a skybridge between two buildings, and it's not too deep, making it perfect for families with kids. The staff were also very polite and efficient in resolving any issues. 🥰

Stayed for one day just to have a rest before an evening flight. So, can't judge fully, but this first and short impression is very good. Clean hotel, swimming pool, kind staff. Location is OK, close to Festival shopping mall. Hotel has many space to park the car. Good enough per price/quality ratio. Thanks.

Rooms are very clean. Very good location. Walking distance to old town. Easy to move around. No worry even you come back late at night, there’s 24hr security. Good spread of breakfast. Food at the lounge was also good. Staff are very helpful and proactive. They will check on you even you sit at lobby. I like the hotel, there’s good vibes.

We stayed here for the second time. This time, we came to celebrate our 9th anniversary. The hotel kindly decorated our room and arranged for us to stay in the same room we had before, which made us just as impressed as last time. All the staff were lovely. However, we did experience an issue this time—the water supply was unavailable for about 3 hours. The swimming pool was also a bit dirty, possibly because there were many children (mostly Thai guests) using it. But that’s okay—we understand. We will definitely come back to stay again this October.

The room is so big, we booked pool access room very nice great swimming pool especially for kids to swim, but there are two thing to complain is mosquitoes come to the room and AC is not cool enough.
