They said to call the staff every time I left the room. I asked to change rooms, but they said the hotel was full, even though almost the entire hotel was vacant. What the hell!""

"Great little new hotel on the river. Rooms are clean, well equipped and spacious. The onsite cafe serves good food at reasonable prices, the staff are friendly, eager to please and the service is quick. The hotel has its own jetty on the river and theres the added bonus of a complimentary long boat shuttle for the 2 min ride across the river to the market/rail station and back again, the boatmen are there between 7:00 to 19:00 - we never had a wait. On our check out we had an early train to catch and the owner/manager very kindly took us in her car, service like that will ensure that this new hotel is a great success. The only thing this hotel is missing is a pool, but given the limited space thats understandable. Overall, a great little family run hotel, would definitely stay again."

"The hotel is more than 30 minutes away from Suratthani City, in a large gas station service area, with a 7/11 store and several small restaurants, an Amazon coffee shop and ATM machines, which is quite convenient. The hotel and room facilities are average, clean, and the house is big enough. It only costs 200 yuan per night"

The store owner saw us walking and had not yet returned to the hotel after dark, so he drove us to take us back to the hotel. , touching😹"
