"You can see the facilities here, the bed was terrible, the mattress was old and awful. On top of that, there was hammering from 6:50 AM because they were doing renovations, and the front desk clerk said it wasn't there, but I have a video proving otherwise. It's unbelievable that they deceive us like this; everything looked so nice in the pictures, but the reality is completely different. We couldn't even use the elevator on the first day because it was being repaired, according to reception. Plus, the breakfasts were very simple with no variety. Honestly, I feel scammed."

"WOW! What can we say? We cannot believe that this hotel is only 2 stars. We stayed here for 1 week, half board and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Not only was our room spotless, the food was amazing. The breakfast was continental style, and there was plenty of it, and the evening meal was a 4 course Italian feast every evening. What great value for money. The staff were all really friendly and accommodating and we would definitely stay here again. We hired a car for this trip, which gave us the freedom to get around whenever we wanted, but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. There are plenty of walks, starting from the hotel and we walked up Mount Grona, which took us 3 hours from the hotel. It is an intermediate/difficult walk and would not recommend it for children. But we thoroughly enjoyed the climb and the views from the top were amazing."
