"Why is this hotel only 2 stars ? This hotel should be 5 star it is beautiful. The hotel is spotless the staff go beyond there means and the food is delicious. Our transfer let us down and I was in a real state as airport 3 hours away. The girl at the hotel could not do enough she rang friends and family and got us a lift so we could go home. Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts for the fantastic experience we loved every minute at the hotel and will be telling all our friends and family. Thankyou alberto breglia always 5 star to us x"

"You can see the facilities here, the bed was terrible, the mattress was old and awful. On top of that, there was hammering from 6:50 AM because they were doing renovations, and the front desk clerk said it wasn't there, but I have a video proving otherwise. It's unbelievable that they deceive us like this; everything looked so nice in the pictures, but the reality is completely different. We couldn't even use the elevator on the first day because it was being repaired, according to reception. Plus, the breakfasts were very simple with no variety. Honestly, I feel scammed."
