Tried to get assistance but staff were not helpful at all No kettle for tea and coffee Sold as a ‘resort’ but the pool is closed and every still activity has an additional charge There are better options to stay in this lovely town"

"The rooms in the hotel are new and really nice. My room didn't have a sea view but it had a great big balcony. The restaurant is also OK. Unfortunately not as cozy but a good selection of food. Drinks not so cheap"

"The location is convenient. We stayed in the poolside double room. The amenities were a bit old, but the room was spacious. Breakfast was excellent with many options. However, the parking lot was very crowded, narrow and dark."

"We checked in on Sunday July 13th 2025, 2 adults, 3 children. We got a double room (456), which was sheer horror. Our balcony had water damage, so the ceiling was sagging and you were afraid to walk on the balcony and get killed (photo attached). On top of that, we had a broken air conditioning which left us with dirty stains (photos attached, of course), which injured my 2-year-old daughter. Apart from the small additional things you book, like dripping water sprinklers in the dining area or dripping air conditioning, urine in the children's area, I can't comment. Of course I went to the staff, and on July 14th 2025 a caretaker was sent to the room, but after that no one answered. Today, July 16, 2025, I dared to go to reception again, where I received no sympathy other than a room swap, which is completely irrelevant since I'm checking out tomorrow, July 17, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Aside from the fact that you have to fight for food, the atmosphere is very loud, and half of the buffet is gone later in the evening, I'm totally dissatisfied and can't recommend this hotel at all."

"Beach nearby, parking, water slope, bathroom master, dance animation, beach bars - that was all really fine. Rooms with balcony and sea view. Air conditioning, safe, minibar - everything you need. The receptionists were also very friendly and helpful. The only communication with the hotel management in the forefront was insufficient. My question about half-pension (I only booked with breakfast) was never answered despite multiple contact attempts. On the site, I was paid half-pension (and delivered), without being informed about options, offer and price. So my questions (e-mail) were obviously arrived, but not answered. I was just confronted with the facts. For all the evils the (night)buffet was also little child-friendly."

"We just returned from an excellent overall stay at Petram. The resort is quite new, and overall very impressive. It's quite ideal for a low key relaxing family holiday in a truly beautiful environment. We were especially impressed with the three animators working this summer (I think Bettina, Teresa, and Rada). They were excellent with our two young daughters, and really made it possible to have a few hours free from the kids. It's an excellent overall service if you are going with younger kids."
