"As soon as we arrived, we immediately noticed how horrible the room was... like we found live and dead bedbugs, a white stain on the sofa bed, and the mattress under the sofa bed was full of dust and hair. There was a sticky stain on the bedroom curtain. We immediately went to ask if we could change rooms. They offered us two other rooms, but unfortunately, they were in exactly the same condition. In one of these two, we found a fairly large spider in the bedroom. After that, we decided to leave and go home, ruining our long-planned New Year's Eve. The owners' responses, after showing them the photos, were "a spider can be removed, what's the problem?" Or "Guys, for what you paid," I'll start by saying we paid €400. The other response was "the cleaning lady can't move everything," and as a final retort, "if you don't like it, go elsewhere." Our money was refunded, and that's how we left. I advise everyone to be careful with BOOKING because the reviews on BOOKING are all positive."

"We decided to stay for a night with family, at the end of a week at Garda Lake. Quiet location but allowing you to reach Riva del Garda in half an hour, without spending excessive numbers for your stay. Recently renovated and family-run hotels, friendly and available staff, essential but clean rooms, dinner with well-treated and excellent dishes, varied and abundant breakfast. We will surely return."

"This was my second stay in two weeks. The hotel service was still good, and the room was fairly clean. However, this time I found several long and short hairs on one of the beds, so I asked the staff to bring new sheets and duvet covers. This time, family rooms were unavailable, so I booked a double room. I specified 2 adults and 1 child in my booking, and the Ctrip confirmation included 3 breakfasts plus a free night for the child. However, upon check-in, I found it was a standard room, and there were no extra beds for children. After paying an extra 15 euros at the front desk, they provided an extra bed. It seems Ctrip's "free night for the child" policy was calculated based on 2 adults. Ctrip could have made the note clearer. This hotel is next to the A22 highway, making it a good transit point for trips to and from Germany and Italy. Further north are popular ski resort towns, where accommodations are more expensive."

"My stay at this hotel was overall enjoyable. The staff were attentive and welcoming, and the location made it easy to get around ( but you need a bike or car ) the place is 25 minute walk into the arco center ( feels less when you’re walking) so not far either. The views are so pretty and even if you’re close to a road it didn’t disturb me. The bar had good prices. Overall lovely hotel. The room was clean, however tje Wi-Fi connection could be improved. Breakfast offer. Despite these minor points, the hotel provided a pleasant experience and I would consider returning on a future visit."

"On our drive from Verona to the Dolomites, we stayed overnight in Trento. The mountain roads were in good condition at night; although it was dark, there was little traffic, making it quite safe. The rooms were modernly decorated, and the restaurant had a fantastic view of the mountains. I was surprised that a hotel in the mountains offered such a rich and high-quality breakfast."
