"We had an exceptional stay at Aria! I chose the resort because it looked peaceful and relaxing, and it was exactly what my husband and I were hoping for. From the start, Tecla and Matteo at the front desk made us feel welcome. The property was so serene that we never felt the need to leave. In fact, we only ventured out once to Menaggio. During our stay, it felt as though we had the entire place to ourselves, with only a handful of other guests around. Our suite was beautiful and spacious, and the terrace views were stunning! Breakfast on the terrace each morning was a highlight. The room service team—Roman, Claudia, Eleonara, and Martina—were friendly and attentive. We also dined at La Massera, where Svetan provided excellent service, and at Dolce Vita, where Francesco, Vanessa, Dancei, and Martina were equally wonderful. The spa experience was another standout! Scheduling with Nimet was seamless, and the massages in the couples' room were fantastic (my apologies for not remembering the therapists’ names). The only minor drawback was hearing children playing outside, which may be a consideration for those seeking ultimate relaxation. Overall, our time at Aria was truly memorable! We’re especially grateful to the staff for making our stay feel so special. 10/10 recommend and we can't wait to come back!"

"The hotel is a bit old. What we couldn't quite figure out beforehand was that it is the same complex as the Parco San Marco. The rooms are not quite as nice as those in the Parco San Marco. Although the price is lower than in the Parco San Marco, the price should still be cheaper for the age. Nevertheless, the rooms were clean and were cleaned every day. Only the stairwell was not quite as clean. Unfortunately, the WiFi didn't work at all in our room. (This should really be standard by now) The service is top-notch and the staff are super friendly. The hotel complex, including the beach on the lake, is great. The restaurants are delicious with upscale cuisine. But they are also expensive. We preferred to rent bikes and ride to the nearest town (Porlezza) for dinner. Breakfast is great."

"Your apartment is bright and decorated with a lot of taste. It was all very clean. The kitchen is very widely equipped. The terrace with garden is very comfortable with view of the mountains. The only shortage for us was that she was the apartment next to one"

"Everything started well with the *********** reservation, when we arrived we took possession of the apartment, the view of the lake was exceptional, we said to ourselves wow!!! It's going to be great, well in our case not at all, the residence is far from clean, the view of the lake gives you the benefit of a top location just above the bar where small parties are organized with crazy decibels until at least 11 a.m. and more because we had an evening that lasted until 3 a.m. and it was impossible to sleep. Mountain holidays are not about being in Ibiza. The rest of the area is great but I won't be coming back here again."
