"My partner and I stayed at Aria Spa Retreat in Cima, Como, this June, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The hotel is pure luxury, surrounded by breathtaking views of Lake Como, creating the perfect setting for a romantic getaway. We were delighted when the hotel upgraded our room—it was spacious, beautifully decorated, and featured a stunning balcony overlooking the lake. Waking up to those views was truly magical! The spa experience was exceptional. The massages were some of the best I’ve ever had—deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. The spa facilities were immaculate, and the overall atmosphere was serene and calming, making it easy to unwind completely. The staff were wonderful—warm, attentive, and always ensuring we had everything we needed. They made us feel so special throughout our stay. Dining at the retreat was another highlight. The food was exquisite, with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and the lakefront setting added an extra layer of charm to every meal. Our time at Aria Spa Retreat was beyond perfect, and we left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape!"

"we’re really disappointed with the hotel room we were given. The room we were given is significantly different from what was shown on the hotel’s listing when we booked online. The photos and descriptions on the website compared to reality, the room is outdated, poor condition and dirty. This discrepancy feels misleading and not in line with the booking terms. We booked in good faith based on the advertised images and amenities, and we are extremely disappointed with what we’ve received. We have paid $470 euros a night to get a horrible experience. We have shared our feedback with the hotel, instead they get super defensive versus trying to work things out for us. I do not recommend this place to anyone."

"Unfortunately the apartment ( Vila Tulipano ap 7) was very dirty, nobody asks for luxury when booking at this price but still it is common sense for a place to be cleaned. Laundry was clean, towels also but still the apartment self was not updated, terrace was also dirty and by that I mean that it was not at all maintained. Manager was also a very rood during our dinner at the restaurant of the hotel. In one word I would describe out stay at residence Porto Letizia as DISAPPOINTING and we will never return."

"Everything started well with the *********** reservation, when we arrived we took possession of the apartment, the view of the lake was exceptional, we said to ourselves wow!!! It's going to be great, well in our case not at all, the residence is far from clean, the view of the lake gives you the benefit of a top location just above the bar where small parties are organized with crazy decibels until at least 11 a.m. and more because we had an evening that lasted until 3 a.m. and it was impossible to sleep. Mountain holidays are not about being in Ibiza. The rest of the area is great but I won't be coming back here again."
