Beds are comfy, showers are great (even though bathroom tiles were freezing) and our 2 bedroom unit had everything we needed. Took advantage of the washing machine ($4/load) and dryers (free).

We stayed two nights. Were in a 3bed villa (2 storey). We loved our stay. Plenty of room for our group. Had everything we need. Easy check in/check out. Staff were helpful. Great location for our visit to the apostles etc. Could easily walk into the township for shops etc. Would recommend.

This place is beautiful. The cottages are well kitted out, stylish, spacious and have fantastic views from the private verandahs. Our cottage was lovely and clean with us wanting for nothing. The hosts are so lovely and we’re happy to accommodate us and our three dogs. The flowers in the kitchen and bathrooms, homemade fudge and dog tennis ball were lovely additions and made it nice and homely. Being 2km north of Port Campbell is great as it is far enough away from the town but close enough to enjoy all it has to offer. It was a brilliant base for us to explore the Great Ocean Road. Would recommend a stay here to anyone. Loved it!

This place was absolutely perfect it’s one of our favourite places we have stayed at. We didn’t want to leave. The kids loved sleeping up stairs, it was their own little hang out. The kitchen was fully equipped so you could cook up your own tucker. It’s only a 2 minutes drive to Port Campbell foreshore where it is safe and beautiful to swim.

Because the reservation was rushed during the holiday, I only had time to book a room. I was worried about whether a family of four could stay in one room. After Ctrip customer service and hotel room description, we were placed in a large bed with a double sofa bed. The room was solved. Hotel management Vivian warmly received us, the room is fully equipped, the scenery outside the window is beautiful, quiet and relaxed. The quality of the toiletries is very good! The kitchen utensils and kitchen utensils are complete. In the evening, I went to the Wave Restaurant in the town to finish the meal. The quality is amazing! After dinner, go to the pier and the beach and watch the tide and sunset again. It is wonderful! There is a supermarket in the town, bought some ingredients, and started to make a hearty breakfast on the second day. Port Campbell's small living is perfect! Thanks to Ctrip's platform and services, thanks to the everything provided by Anchors Hotel, see you next time!

This accommodation has the best location - directly opposite Port Campbell bay - with its beautiful beach and jetty. And the shops and restaurants are all a short stroll away. The accommodation has been recently renovated and is spacious, clean and really comfortable. And for a change I could even access Freeview to stream something I actually wanted to watch. The manager is friendly and incredibly helpful. I had trouble with the heater (my fault) and called the manager (afterhours) and he turned up within a few minutes, smiling and doing all he could to help.

The hotel is close to the bay. There is a fixed seat for parking in each room. The first floor is the garage, the stairs go up, the second floor is the house, and the third floor house and the second floor house share a door. The room is quite large and the layout is convenient. The attitude of the service staff is average, and it is estimated that they are habitual, not for Chinese people. Check out in the morning is to throw the key into a hidden compartment in the back door of the reception room, which is convenient. But I have a family member who lives in a separate room. The next day, I started to have skin irritation, and then I saw the doctor and said it was a mite allergy. It took a few days to take the medicine and apply it, and itching was very uncomfortable. It was the worst experience of this trip to Australia.

The double room unit was spacious and well-appointed. It was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and there were two lounge chairs as well as a small table for dining. The bathroom was luxurious with heat lamps and an adjustable flow shower head. The kitchenette had no sink but a plastic bowl was supplied for washing dishes. There was a laundry available with a small charge - $4 per wash/dry. There was a nice garden view and outdoor seating. Very good free Wifi connection. A small swimming pool was available for guests. There was ample, easily accessible parking. The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly.

Lovely stay during a busy first weekend out of lockdown. We stayed in a private room which was massive, could have fit 4-5 people. We were able to bring our dog (had to ask first but responses were quick and friendly) without paying extra for a pet cleaning fee. Don't expect a full service hotel room however, there was only one wall-fixed soap dispenser, no toiletries/shampoo or hair dryer, hand/face towels, etc. It is very much a nicely decorated private room in a hostel. No food or drinks allowed in the room either, so you have to eat in the communal area. No bar fridge/coffee/tea making facilities in the room either. Definitely go elsewhere if you're looking for a hotel experience. Full service kitchen with multiple sinks and everything you need on the outside, and the lounge / bar area was so cute and comfy with tons of books/games/even a puzzle to work on. About 2 minutes walk from the beach and a great little spot to explore great ocean road from. Port Campbell itself is a tiny little town and this hostel is definitely one of the best places to stay while you're there. The hotel manager was fun to talk to, and you get a free drink on arrival!

Four big, one small and three beds are obviously not enough, the room looks particularly cramped, the bed is unacceptable when you enter the door, and the shower is not covered by the curtain. If you take a shower alone, the entire toilet is wet. What kind of design is this? I will not book this hotel after booking a good hotel. The attitude of the customer service staff is also not good. I feel like I just ignore it. In short, I will not stay again next time.

Each room is a single-family chalet with independent parking space. We lived in two bedrooms, one kitchen, one bathroom, and one living room. The others were okay, with complete facilities, but the Wi-Fi was always disconnected. The Great Ocean Road is remote, and the signal of the entire Port Campbell g network is not very good. It is almost impossible to connect to the Internet without Wi-Fi in the center of the town. If the hotel network is not good, it feels like living in primitive society. Regarding network signals, everything else is satisfactory, and the price/performance ratio is okay.

Accommodation: The hotel is actually a big house built by the farmer. There are two rooms for rent. If you are very privacy-conscious, you may be a little embarrassed. The sound insulation is not very good. If you like to sleep late and sleep lighter. (For example, I am haha) This is a disaster, because there will be a huge cry of magical birds starting at 6:30 in the morning to wake you up. The next-door guest will start packing and preparing for breakfast after a while, so you basically can't sleep. The next day, only one of our rooms was occupied, so everything was fine, except for the magical birds that continued to call, but it also helped me adjust the healthier biological clock. So, staying completely depends on luck, and when you are next door, it is very comfortable. If you fall asleep with my boyfriend, the phone ringing is not awake, then it is completely a fairyland. Environment: Nothing to say, on the hillside, you can see the sea and the beautiful sunset. Also kangaroos and cattle and sheep on the hillside. The farmer also raised the chicken, looked at the fat, and wanted to ask him to buy one... It felt like a free-range chicken....Fat beauty Facilities: The furniture is slightly old but not obstructed. The room has a jacuzzi that is simply not too good. Take a look at the sunset bubble bath. Service: The farmer's wife is very friendly and introduces many nearby classic and specialty shops. Some of the less popular shops and farm shops are really worth a visit. Breakfast is served every morning: toast + five cereals to choose from, the canned fruit in the refrigerator, yogurt, milk and so on. It will be added after eating, very intimate. There is a little episode in the middle that makes me miss the perfect score. Because the debit card and the authorization card are inconsistent, there is a problem in communication. I was very confused when the farmer did not communicate with me and gave the booking a refund and re-deducted the next day. When I asked, I pushed all the responsibilities to me. I thought it was unreasonable for me to ask booking.com to call him two times (actually just dragging the customer's brother and sister to help me ask) and texting. I said that I made a mess of everything, and let him pay the bank's handling fee. I think this attitude is very rude. I have done my best to communicate with the language level (using a friendly tone and even adding kind regards to the text message), because non-native speakers and Australian sounds are not clear enough to create some ambiguity, but the homeowner is really There is no need to smash and shirk responsibility when you don't understand the situation. When I came out to play, I wanted to be happy. I sent a text message friendly and asked if I was murdered. I really felt aggrieved. Even if I didn't feel that I had made a mistake and replied to the text message, I still apologized several times. It was a good grievance. I really want to thank Ctrip's older brothers! ! i found the room clean and well presented. The major problem I had was when checking in as I was trying to get a non-emnglish speaking Asian man to understand me. He tried to ring someone with no success and I was trying to tell him I rang the motel direct to book in .I find it cheaper to ring direct and the owners get the full amount this way. Finally he put his phone on English intrepratation but that was after about 15/20 minutes but he did understand me when I showed him cash to pay.This motel is very peaceful in the country and was 1or 2 minutes away from the 12 apostles lookout and tourist shop

We visited this place recently. The moment we stepped inside it was a feast to our eyes. There were 4-5 cottages and are not very close so there was complete privacy. We stayed in Tullarock, there were 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen with dinning table, sofa, tv, microwave. The entire cottage was spotless, very neatly decorated and there were lotsa toys & books for our infant and adults too..... Backyard of the cottage has bar b q, sitting chairs and the view is superb!!! There are animals around- goats, cows, chicken and no dogs/pets are allowed in the property. Outside our cottage was trampoline that our little one enjoyed a lot and swings. Outside the cottage was scenic as well. We visited 12 apostles hardly 8-10mins from this place. 2mins drove and there is wetland for evening walk and river to swim. We saw lotsa kids swimming..... Good to get your meals packed as nearby there is nothing.. Nearest towns are port cambell or Colac.... Must place to visit if you love nature and wanna be far away from crowd.

Check out in the morning is to throw the key into a hidden compartment in the back door of the reception room, which is convenient. But I have a family member who lives in a separate room. Lovely stay during a busy first weekend out of lockdown. We stayed in a private room which was massive, could have fit 4-5 people. We were able to bring our dog (had to ask first but responses were quick and friendly) without paying extra for a pet cleaning fee. Don't expect a full service hotel room however, there was only one wall-fixed soap dispenser, no toiletries/shampoo or hair dryer, hand/face towels, etc. It is very much a nicely decorated private room in a hostel. No food or drinks allowed in the room either, so you have to eat in the communal area. No bar fridge/coffee/tea making facilities in the room either. Definitely go elsewhere if you're looking for a hotel experience. Full service kitchen with multiple sinks and everything you need on the outside, and the lounge / bar area was so cute and comfy with tons of books/games/even a puzzle to work on. About 2 minutes walk from the beach and a great little spot to explore great ocean road from. Port Campbell itself is a tiny little town and this hostel is definitely one of the best places to stay while you're there. The hotel manager was fun to talk to, and you get a free drink on arrival!

Accommodation: The hotel is actually a big house built by the farmer. There are two rooms for rent. If you are very privacy-conscious, you may be a little embarrassed. The sound insulation is not very good. If you like to sleep late and sleep lighter.
