"I stayed with my family for 3 nights, and we couldn't get dinner as the menu was very limited due to no chef. The mattress in our room could do with being replaced as it had a spring sticking out of the side of it, which is unusual for premier inn. Also, the air-conditioning wasn't working properly, so I brought it to the attention of staff who said they couldn't get maintenance to look at it until Monday and offered a fan, which was understandable. Fan was the nosiest fan I have ever heard, and either nobody bothered looking at the air-conditioning, or they couldn't fix it on Monday, so another very uncomfortable night and the reason I wouldn't stay again. Definitely, the bar staff are the plus when staying here."
