"During a tour we stayed 5 nights in this hotel. The hotel has connected bungalows. The rooms are very basic and small. Fortunately we had in the room next to a double bed another single bed, for our suitcases. The renovated bathroom with new shower and tiles was neat. We got a very good and very abundant breakfast, while the dinner was mediocre and even 1x very meager. The staff is very helpful and friendly. A covered outdoor terrace with bar to have a drink in the evening. Has a swimming pool, but did not use it. The area of ​​San Giovanni, Posada and La Caletta is not touristy. Is very quiet. The hotel is near a fairly large beach, 500m from San Giovanni."

"This hotel would be very nice if they didn't switch us between another hotel, even though we had booked accommodation at Fior Di Sardegna.The worst experience was the dogs - there are aggressive guard dogs in the area and yesterday when I was leaving dinner, they were in the hotel parking lot, where they should have no business being. When we went to play tennis, they ran at us through the fence. They should be imprisoned. That's why I only give the hotel two stars - we were in danger several times, even in parts of the hotel that should be 100% safe - dogs got to the rooms."

"Such a quaint Italian hotel, small but very friendly. My only negative was no kettle in the room, if you like to sit on your balcony with a cuppa first thing, you’ll need to pack a travel kettle and dry products! Breakfast was a cold buffet which was the same all week, nice but a change would be better. You can purchase other things for breakfast but as a fried egg was 8 euros I decided to stick with the buffet! The other thing to note is you must hire a car, the beach is quite a trek away on roads with no paths. Luckily we had a hire car so we’re able to visit many beautiful places. The hotel us a family run place and the owners put their heart and role into it, definitely worth a visit just for the lovely team."

"I'll start by saying that after all we didn't have a bad experience, but I would like to say a few words about expectations and the actual experience. Upon arrival, the director Gianni welcomed us, an incredible character who provided us with a lot of useful information about the area and the experiences to have in his beloved Sardinia. As soon as we entered the room, we had a feeling of little attention to detail. The "brick" type of flooring is perhaps not a winning solution as it makes the room damp (with a slight odor) and difficult to clean (given the porosity of the material). We did not find a suitcase rest nor any wall hangers, which made it difficult to manage and divide used beach clothes from clean ones. Although there were drying racks outside the room, the clothes got wet during the night due to the sprinklers. As for the restaurant, nothing to say... we had a good time and the dishes are good. The positive note is that it is NOT a buffet but served at the table. Now I would like to say a few more words regarding the management of the restaurant room, but which I did not consider in my final evaluation for the structure as mine is a separate problem. Basically, during the booking phase I had requested the possibility of having gluten-free meals and I was told that there would be no problem. In fact there were no major problems. The point is that I noticed that the dining room staff who were unfamiliar with the problem sometimes confused it with lactose intolerance. The waitress (who should take charge of these responsibilities) was practically non-existent and disinterested and apparently annoyed with managing this problem (so much so that one morning on the phone we heard him say the exact words "they're pressuring me" and he was referring to my request to have gluten-free bread for dinner. Furthermore, as regards the gluten-free breakfast, they place a basket full of both gluten-free and lactose-free biscuits on any table, when it would be enough to simply bring them to the table of the person concerned. a small plate with some biscuits and a few slices of bread. In conclusion, the structure is not bad but certainly not 4 stars, but it would take very little to excel."

"This was not the intimate agritourismo we were expecting - it is a large hotel, catering to vast weddings on Saturdays - the noise of which kept us awake all night. Rooms were spacious and clean but sterile and often with things wrong (the internet didn't work at all; in the first room we were in a large panel had fallen off the wall exposing plumbing pipes and the shower didn't drain). Walls are wafer-thin and you can hear everything in the next room. The food is over-priced and not particularly good and the staff, although mostly friendly, are unhelpful. I would not recommend staying here and we certainly will find somewhere else to stay should we return to Sardinia."

"We stayed 4 nights. We were very disappointed with the breakfast, which was included in the price of our stay. When booking through trip.com, we noted that my partner is celiac, but at breakfast we discovered that essential gluten-free items (bread, biscuits, and even packaged corn flakes) were not included and could only be provided for a supplement of €5 per day. The hotel informed us that they had communicated this hotel policy to the agency, but unfortunately they didn't notify us in advance. Given the hotel's category, we didn't consider calling the hotel to confirm that these gluten-free meals were available. We would have attempted to cancel the reservation and change hotels. While we respect the hotel's policy, we find it unacceptable for a 4-star hotel to have to pay an extra fee (a small amount, negligible for a week's vacation in Sardinia, which we waived out of principle) for essential items for celiacs, but included for non-celiacs. Even the breakfast for other guests isn't up to par with a 4-star hotel: bacon, scrambled eggs, and freshly squeezed orange juice are available only for a supplement of €6 to €8 per day. Essentially, items that would normally be included in hotels of this category are charged separately, something we've never experienced before. Furthermore, the property is remote, and a car is essential for any travel. Mr. Mirko Murgia, in reference to your response, I'd like to point out that we didn't cause any problems to anyone during our stay, and we respect the opinions, decisions, and work of others.
