RH Hotel & Apartments - Pretoria ★★★
"Upon arrival, the staff insisted that I paid for a twin bedroom, which is not correct as the amount reflected on the proof of payment corresponds a double bed room. I was then told that no double bed is available, after ten minutes it was suddenly available. It is disappointing that I had to verbally exchange with the staff so that I can get a room that I paid for. The staff attitude thereafter was also not nice, we stayed because we paid and there’s no refund policy but in all honest truth, the stay was unpleasant."
Protea Hotel Pretoria Loftus Park ★★★★
"The front desk staff were very welcoming."
Inani Hotel Morning Star ★★★
"The establishment is clean and the environment is quiet and peaceful. There is a need to to address the parking, it is a nightmare."
Manhattan Hotel ★★★
"The staff was warm, welcoming and friendly. Our room was perfect and room service was excellent and whenever I asked for something, they were ready to serve with a smile. My partner and I enjoyed our stay there and can't wait to go back again, thank you for experience."
Court Classique Suite Hotel ★★★★
"Rude staff , terrible attitude. Disgusting treatment , they really don't care about your needs . I can 100% guarantee I will NEVER go back."
Hotel 224 & Apartments ★★★
"Very comfortable bed and pillows. The door to the room was very hard to open. The bathroom was very small and inconvenient to use. Breakfast buffet - filling, tasty and varied. Overall, I recommend it."
298 on 34th ★★★
"Neat and clean. What we needed. The host was very accommodating. Particularly hot spell during the time we were in Pretoria. Small weakly powered fans provided in the rooms were not strong enough to keep cool, so sleeping was difficult. "
The Capital Trilogy ★★★★
"Our team recently had the pleasure of staying at The Capital Trilogy in Pretoria for a company conference, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel’s facilities are modern, well-maintained, and perfectly suited for business travelers. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a great environment to relax. What truly stood out was the level of service. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was seamless. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The location is also a major advantage, offering convenient access to nearby amenities and making it easy for our team to get around. Overall, our company had a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend The Capital Trilogy to any business or conference group looking for quality accommodation and excellent service in Pretoria. We look forward to staying there again in the future."
Southern Sun Pretoria ★★★★
"I wanted to update my previous review to express my gratitude to Southern Sun Pretoria for their excellent response to my complaint. I was contacted by the General Manager, Farana Moosa, on Monday, 08 December, who apologised for the noise issue I experienced on my first night. She assured me that the matter has been addressed internally and offered a complimentary 1-night stay for 2 with bed and breakfast as a gesture of goodwill. The voucher was promptly emailed to me today, 09 December. I appreciate the effort made by Farana to personally reach out and make things right. It is clear that Southern Sun values their guests' comfort and satisfaction. I must note that the noise was only an issue on the first night and the hotel was peaceful for the remainder of my stay. I enjoyed my time at the hotel except for that one night. Thank you, Farana, for putting your guests first and providing excellent customer service. I look forward to returning and enjoying my complimentary stay."

The Capital Menlyn Maine
"Everything appeared to be in order, but they lacked the necessities I needed to be comfortable. This place would suit people with needs that differ from mine; however, I personally felt unaccommodated and unsafe throughout my stay."
The Woodpecker Inn
"My second stay at Woodpecker in three years and it was even better than the previous visit. Such helpful, down to earth and friendly staff. My room was excellent and to be honest the best breakfast in South Africa! The location is perfect, a little piece of heaven. I would recommend this lovely place and its people any day."
Menlyn Boutique Hotel
"I stayed for a week at the Menlyn Boutique whilst at a conference in Pretoria. It is truly a wonderful hotel with amazing staff and an excellent restaurant, you will not be disappointed with this hotel. The only thing to consider is that it is a faith based hotel so be aware that some music might have religious connotations in case this is not your cup of tea."
The Rasmus
"Because the itinerary changes and check out, a penny will not be refunded, please do not set this hotel"
Premier Hotel Pretoria
"The hotel is a little old and offers spacious rooms with good bathrooms. The proximity to the neighboring building can be a little noisy - better to take a room on the upper floors ;-). Very friendly staff, very clean, the evening meal buffet wasn't really our thing in terms of taste. There's nothing you can do about that. The canned fruit we found at breakfast was sobering - which in our opinion is completely unacceptable in such a fruit-rich country! It's OK for one night and the government seat is a stone's throw away."

City Lodge Hotel Hatfield, Pretoria
"City Lodge Hotel Hatfield in Pretoria is an excellent choice for a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and cozy, with everything you need for a pleasant visit."
Kievits Kroon Gauteng Wine Estate
"We decided on Kievets Kroon for a mid-week couples break. Neither of us had been before but it fitted our requirement of being close to Jhb. All the buildings are Cape Dutch style, painted white, with thatch roofs providing an imposing backdrop to beautifully manicured gardens notwithstanding the middle of winter weather. We were welcomed warmly from the entrance gate to our room. The rooms are in various clusters around the property and provide a variety of options to suit different requirements. We had upgraded to an executive room situated in the new block which was close to all amenities. The room was what one would expect from a 4* hotel - it was comfortable and reasonably spacious but no WOW factor. The buffet breakfast with hot egg counter was well presented and there was no shortage of food. A variety of specialty coffees was also available. We only ate dinner at the Kingsley restaurant which was very pleasant. We had the signature his / her treatment in a well-appointed Spa. The spa facilities are impressive but somewhat spoilt by a crowd of ladies that dominated the hot tub to the exclusion of anyone else. The actual treatment we would rate as average. We had a picnic lunch on the one day which was very well presented under the shade of a beautiful tree. On top of a hearty breakfast, the picnic was too much, and we could have easily gotten by on one basket for both of us. There is no gym or decent walking trail on the property, so we took a morning off to go to Wolwespruit - about 25 minutes away - which offers running / walking trails in a clean, safe environment. We had one gripe which was that housekeeping did not remove the room service tray which was outside our room for +24 hours and only removed once we had pointed this out to reception. The winter chills prevented the external pol from being used and thus it was too cold to laze round the pool. I would think that the main revenue stream of Kievets Kroon is its conferencing capacity which is substantial. All in all, a pleasant enough stay but if we went again, we would stick to summer."
Bushmans Rock
"We will definitely be back, was absolutely awesome and we enjoyed ievery moment of, especially the spa picnic, but also everything else. Thank you very much"
Pretoria Mansion Boutique Hotel
"Great stay in the place had amazing staff however the room for a bit dated the Aircon wasn’t working in a room but it wasn’t late for the Aircon in the pool was nice cosy and also some of the lights were flickering on and off with a few issues other than that great stay or suggest anyone in order to visit take a break from the city well the place is that wood in the city it’s in amazing escape from the city life"
Fa'Trez Guest House & Spa
"It was such a pleasure to stay at Fa'Trez guest house. She actually helped us after our previous booking got cancelled on the day of our stay and we were so pleased to have been assisted by Fa'Trez. Beautiful sunny and bright rooms - also very spacious. Loved the breakfast. Host was super amazing and accomodating. I will definitely stay here again should the need arise. "
The Park Lodge Hotel
"The food and service standards are top notch. I am happy with professionalism displayed by the waiters and those involved to ensure courtesy and hospitality "
Royal Ridge Guesthouse
"We were welcomed by Mumsy (I hope I got that right—if not, I’m sorry), an employee at Royal Ridge, and we had a wonderful stay thanks to her efforts to make it enjoyable for us. Moments of togetherness, joy, and laughter. We thank our host for giving us the option to choose our meals on a day-to-day basis. This place is quiet and not too far from the sights to visit."
Villa San Giovanni Accommodation
"As always an amazing stay. Clean hotel with great service!!!"
