"The staff was very kind. The room was spotlessly clean, had an incredible view. The breakfast was delicious. In general, everything was very beautiful. The village is very beautiful, in 5 minutes you are in Pozar and in half an hour in Edessa! Everything you need to enjoy moments of rest and relaxation! I highly recommend it!!!"

"Ctrip's platform has engaged in serious fraudulent practices, including false advertising and illegally promoting problematic hotels. The booked hotel was significantly different from what was advertised on the platform. The room had a pungent odor and was in poor condition. Furthermore, the hotel presented safety risks due to unfair business practices. Upon check-in, I immediately realized my personal safety was not guaranteed and requested a refund from the platform to avoid further risks. I did not breach any contract without cause. My inability to check in was due to the hotel's substandard facilities, significant safety hazards, the platform's concealment of the true situation, and false advertising. However, Ctrip customer service was perfunctory, evasive, and refused my reasonable refund request without cause, disregarding my personal safety and legal rights, and refusing to address the problem directly. I formally demand that Ctrip address the issue, stop its evasive tactics, and immediately provide a sincere solution of a full refund plus reasonable compensation to protect my legal rights. Otherwise, I will file complaints with regulatory authorities such as 12315 and the Cultural and Tourism Bureau."

DoubleTree by Hilton Skopje

"Horrible, horrible experience. The staff were shockingly rude and dismissive. When I left my luggage with the hotel, there were no tags issued, and absolutely no system in place — guests could freely access and remove any item from the storage area without any security checks. That’s completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one carrying the Hilton name. Basic amenities were also missing — no cotton buds, no facial tissue — and when I raised this, the staff curtly replied, “This is Hilton, but so what?” That level of indifference and poor training is deeply concerning. This stay fell far below even the most basic expectations. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking."

"The hotel is hyper well placed, you can't find better. there is a small kitchenette with the needy that is very convenient. We had a rental car and the owner offered us a secure parking place. It was top. The only negative point is that the bathroom in the room where we were had to have a VMC giving over the smoking corner because the room felt TREST THAT cigarette. The next day we had to wash all our stuff because the smell was too strong. I imagine not all rooms are like this."

"Its definetly not a spa. We were dissappointed ,we thought there was an indoor pool but upon arrival they told us its closed..They should not advertise the spa part.... only reason we didnt leave was that the staff were very friendly. We were given the chance to leave since there was no pool, but we decided to stay."

"Location quite convenient to the center in 10 minutes you can get there on foot without problems. Parking quite easy the rooms are quite large and clean. Spacious bathroom without frills. Very friendly staff. Wifi super. At the entrance there is a shared area where you can relax"

"We had a family wedding in Florina and this fairly new Hotel was perfect for our needs. Nice, clean rooms with comfortable bed. The breakfast was lovely with many choices. The staff were very friendly and helpful which was so nice. They had laundry services at reasonable prices and iron/board available. Overall very nice hotel and I would stay there again."
