"Air conditioner set at 26.5!!!!! When I asked if they could make it cooler, it was set at 26! Room fridge warmer than the room. Ceiling fan didn’t work! Power point by bed did not work. Shower head kept falling off! Beds very hard! Reception staff excellent, but others hit and miss. As mentioned by others, you feel like an inconvenience. Pool still not operating, nor gym but not advertised by hotel. Rooms are ok and cleaning satisfactory. ONLY positive of this hotel, is its location. They’re lucky they are the ONLY hotel on the beach. Very expensive for what you get….or DON’T get! Do not recommend! Get a villa on the beach!"
