"When we arrived these staff only claimed to have a reservation for one room other than the two we had booked and were doing charge us double of what we had already paid on Trip.com. Then they gave us the key to a room already occupied because of a malfunctioning reservation system. Then it took a long time to find me another room which I finally got into after 2 am!"

"I was a little worried before staying here because I saw some negative reviews, but my experience was completely different. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. As a foreign traveler, I really appreciated how hard they tried to communicate with me and make sure I understood everything. Their kindness made me feel very welcome. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. For me, it was a 100/10 experience!"
