The building is new, the apartments are modern and perfectly clean, with a full kitchen, a well-functioning air conditioner, and a comfortable bed. The location is superb: a two-minute walk to the beach, with a bakery and two small shops nearby. Pržno itself is quiet, without noisy places, yet Budva and Sveti Stefan are very close. Special thanks to the hostess, Marijana – warm, responsive, and ready to help with everything: from arranging an apartment with a terrace and sea view for part of our trip to connecting us with a reliable local driver. Such attentiveness truly makes a difference. We spent eleven nights here and would gladly return."

"Travelled with my friends in mid April for my birthday. The place is nice and beautiful but heavily overpriced for the service we received. The pool was not functional when we arrived and at some point we had an issue with the water heating system. The excuse we got was that the place was only beginning to run now and they had just got back to business. My biggest concern of all is that the manager had promised to refund some amount of money before we even traveled considering we had to cut our trip short by 1 day as there were no available return flights. On the day of check out,we talked to personnel at the reception and she wasn't even keen enough to listen to our issue about the refund. Upon returning home,the manager asked for my account details 2 times and never deposited the money. I have followed up several times now and 3 months later,no refund, no apology and he even went silent on me. I understand life happens but some common courtesy to say that you cannot refund our money would be nice. I am very unhappy and so are my friends"

The location is simply perfect—2 minutes to the store, 3 minutes to the sea. New, snow-white, excellent-quality towels, bed linens, very comfortable beds, mattresses, and pillows! I finally got a good night's sleep without back pain! And we are very grateful to Benjamin! He's a wonderful person! He helped a lot with organizational issues, even those unrelated to the equipment.
