"Beautiful resort, well-maintained and looks great. Our bamboo villa was also lovely, spacious, and clean. The location is a bit secluded, though, with a difficult-to-navigate road leading up to the resort, so you'll definitely need a scooter or a taxi. The staff are friendly. However, there's definitely room for improvement in communication and organization. For example, we had messaged them via WhatsApp before our arrival to reserve scooters, and they confirmed. But when we arrived, nothing was arranged, and on the first day, we could only rent one small scooter. Luckily, we did get the two scooters we wanted the following day. We also booked a day tour over two days in advance, but on the day of the tour, the driver said everything still needed to be arranged. I specifically asked if I could pay by card afterward, and they said yes. However, at the end of the tour, the driver told us we had to pay in cash. He even took us to an extra location just so we could get cash. When I asked about this at reception, they said if we wanted to pay by card, we'd have to pay extra for the place the driver took us, or we could pay the original amount in cash to the driver (which was over 2 million rupiah, a lot of cash). I found this to be very strange and poor communication. So, be careful to make sure everything is properly arranged if you book anything with this hotel, because in my opinion, it's all handled very sloppily."

"This is an absolute gem of a place to stay. The property is quietly situated just a short walk to the busy nightlife of Kuta. Dozens of restaurants and bars are within a 10 minute walk. The grounds have been beautifully landscaped with ponds and gardens and the large pool is gorgeous. We stayed in a 1 bedroom pool villa which was super comfortable. Breakfast was great as was the other food options we tried from the restaurant. All the staff were wonderful. Special call out to the lovely Mila on reception who was so helpful. Kuta is a great base for day trips to the amazing beaches in the surrounding areas. can't wait to return"
