"The room is the same as the photo, the swimming pool is very small and you can only take a dip in the water. The hotel provides paid airport transfers, and can also pick up guests to nearby attractions (Tanjung Aan Beach and Bukit Merese are highly recommended for watching the sunset). The staff speaks very good English and have no problem communicating. They can also use WhatsApp to communicate conveniently. You can take away breakfast in a lunch box, but it only contains a few pieces of cake and bread and a small banana. Some design issues: The door of the room is a bit heavy, and the air conditioning in the room escapes easily."

The staff were always there for us, incredibly friendly, and often stopped for a nice chat. You could tell they did everything to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned daily and were always tidy and hygienic. The only minor drawback was that we didn't have hot water. When we reported it, the staff responded immediately and did their utmost to fix it. They even offered us the use of another empty room so we could have a warm shower. We found that very thoughtful and it shows how much effort they put into resolving the issue for us. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay. Thanks to the great service, clean rooms, and excellent location, we would definitely recommend this hotel."
