"The room was very clean. After the front desk got off work at 6 o'clock, it was self-service. She left the key for us, which was good, but there was one towel missing haha ​​😃 There were many elderly people relaxing in the room, drinking beer in the yard, very happy. No one was in charge of the yard. The safe area was good. It was not far from the dining street, the inner bay, and the historical pier. This is a beautiful holiday seaside town"

"We had the strangest experience. My boyfriend and I came by to get a drink and a snack. We waited in line, then when it was our turn this is how our interaction went: My SO: « hi can we get 2 HVH lagers? Is it named after this hotel? «  Waitress 1 working behind register: « yep, right here » then she turns away from us but a second waitress comes behind the bar SO: « cool, it’s brewed here on site? » Waitress number 2 « no, it’s just batched for us » then she also walks away Waitress 1 returns, then asks a guy if he’s ready to order, asks me to step aside and takes his order. When she starts pouring a beer, thinking it was mine, I say « thank you » but she said that beer wasn’t for us. Waitress 1: you never placed our order so i doesn’t know what you are waiting for. Me genuinely confused « oh do we not order here? » Waitress 1: « you do, but you never placed our order with me » At this point we were dumbfounded. I changed the order to just 1 beer because she was getting confrontational, I drank my beer as fast as I could and left. I don’t know if she was thinking we waited in line to ask questions about the beer without ordering it, but why would she just walk away mid conversation then begin helping the guys behind me. Really strange interaction."
