"Extremely friendly and helpful staff. It was snowing and we were allowed to park our car in the garage. We found this very pleasant because we had to go to the airport very early in the morning. Nice modern rooms. Very good value for money."

"The hotel looks neat, clean, and pleasant. However! Upon arrival in December, we were given a twin deluxe room (there were only two of us🧐) instead of a double deluxe room. We were told it was overbooked. But it didn't stop there. We were given a room with a slept-in, unmade bed that simply hadn't been cleaned. In other words, with our tired heads (it was 10:30 PM), we went to the reception. We were given a single room again, naturally with a small double bed instead of a decent double bed. The next day, we went to the reception for compensation or possibly a room at the hotel near the airport. We were told it was fully booked. As compensation, we were offered a free breakfast for Sunday and a discount on the room. This was supposed to be emailed to Hotelspecials by the long-haired figure. Nice story. It didn't surprise me at all, but 3 weeks later I contacted Hotelspecials. Naturally, I hadn't received an email, and they knew nothing about it. They then forwarded our complaint to Relaxa, adding that the response would take some time given that it concerns a busy hotel chain. Guess what? Nothing. The long-haired monstrosity did absolutely nothing for us at the hotel and thought, "Back to the Netherlands tomorrow, bye-bye." In other words: Looks neat at first glance, breakfast good, but certainty of a booked room... don't count on it. Keeping promises... definitely not. Never again. 🤔"

"The hotel is very simply furnished and unfortunately a little old. The room was clean. But the ventilation was very loud. It couldn't be turned off or regulated. The proximity to the airport and the motorway is OK for business trips with one or two overnight stays. Check-in via machine - but without a receipt. This was only available the next morning at reception."

"I was flying out of Dusseldorf Airport with Eurowings back to Edinburgh, but they cancelled my flight and rebooked me on to a British Airways flight from Frankfurt the next morning. Until then they put me up in a hotel for the night, and while I only needed it unto 1am before my train to Frankfurt, it at least gave me somewhere I could relax and get washed until then. Nice little country hotel that is about a 10 minute drive from the airport. Staff are very friendly, and rooms are very spacious. All in all it gave everything I needed for the 5 or so hours I used it for."

"I stayed in JustStay in ratings and was positively surprised how uncomplicated everything was. I had the room key digitally before arrival so I could go directly to the room without waiting time. The room was modernly furnished, clean and very quiet. Most practical I found the breakfast box, which was before the door in the morning – fresh and also vegetarianly available. Free parking directly at the house and the small fitness area are a real plus. For business travel or a short stay absolutely recommendable."
